Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi, im 27 years old and my body is very weak coz I take poor diet i.e. Only breakfast and dinner that too very low coz lack of hungry and I consume max 500 ml of water daily, and im noticing wrinkles which are horizontal and vertical on my finger prints and also my hairs are suffering from dandruff, thin and highly dry and frizzy if I touch my hairs also my hairs are falling badly, so is it all because of diet or some other reasons like masturbation coz I used to masturbate 3-4 times a day but now im masturbating only 3 times a week and also pls mentioned me the tips to gain weight in a less period of time eg. Within 3 months.

I want to make up my mind to study hard. But I am not able to do so. No matter how hard I try I am not able to study. I get too many distractions. And sometimes the distractions are due to myself (like neglecting things. Feeling tired and so.) When I tell this to my parents they just scold me and tell that its due to my negligence. Yes please practice meditation at least twice if possible - if not then before going to bed is a must. Take morning exercise/walking/running daily. Do not engage your self too much in mobiles/laptops/night watching.

There is no scientific evidence to prove that it is an effective exercise. However, there are no side effects, so you may do.

Dear lybt user, don`t take any medicine to gain weight, they have many side effects. You can go through proper natural and balanced diet with whole cereals dals veggies fruits, milk egg, butter, nuts, etc. A diet plan is more costomised. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Dear Jabeen, Namaskar, You must procure a diet chart from a Dietitian / Nutritionist...Join a Gymnasium to develop Vastus Medialis Muscles of your thighs...Strong Vastus medialis is helpful in preventing dislocation / subluxation of patella..... However .. you may need surgical correction if Physiotherapy does not help..... Take care.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hi, for scabies just take tab. Ivermectin 6mg in night time for 2days. It gives you best relief. Next day wash your hair with good shampoo. For face you can continue that cream.

Do regular exercise, daily massage your body with oil, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in fridge, fast food, bakery foods.
