I am 27 years old girl. I got pain in my breast before I am bleeding. And sometime I feel lump on my left breast and some time I don't feel and once I observe a little milk from my right breast. Can you please tell me why this is happening?

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Hormonal changes from monthly menstruation can trigger cysts/ fibroids as well as transient inflammation/ swelling of the breasts. However, breast cysts are usually benign. Usually, before the onset of menses, the breast tissue with the larger breast often tends to swell with some amount of tenderness/ pain. But, this is often temporary and resolves automatically. Nevertheless, to be on a safer side, I would advise you to get this clinically examined by your OB/ GYN right away and not delay any further. You may have to undergo the relevant diagnostics, including a mammography and then biopsy as appropriate, to understand the exact nature of the same and treatment advised apropos. Should the pain be unbearable, you may apply an alternating heat and cold treatment for couple of minutes that may alleviate pain. You can take 'Amla Churna' (Patanjali) & 'Bael Churna (Patanjali- 1/2 tsp each with warm water, preferably before lunch daily for next 1 month. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined, you can take tomato soup to which fresh herbs like garlic, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, coriander leaves and oregano has been added, once daily. Apart from the above-mentioned, have a streamlined lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Especially, vegetables & fruits rich in carotenoids, vitamin C & vitamin B12 are known to help in this condition. Also, apples, broccoli, and cabbage contain glucaric acid which is closely similar to calcium D-glucarate that helps clearing out toxins and excess hormones out of the body that is likely to increase the risk of hormone dependent growths and also cancers of the breast. Try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products including chocolates, alcohol, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Green tea is an exception though. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. Your OB/ GYN shall be able to advise further on, in particular, once he/ she gets to clinically examine you in person. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,

Ayurvedic Remedies for Sinusitis

Sinusitis refers to an extremely painful condition caused due to the inflammation and swelling of sinuses. A host of causes contribute to sinusitis, chief among them being allergies, air pollution or sometimes infection (learn more About Acute Respiratory Infections). It causes extreme discomfort, throbbing headache, sore throat and a blocked nose. Though different branches of medicines have tried in their own ways of dealing with this problem, ayurveda with its reliance on natural products as remedial measures have emerged as a clear favorite.

Some of the ayurvedic remedies for sinusitis are:

  1. Inhalation of steam with tulsi: The benefits of tulsi are widespread and need little introduction. The ambit of its advantages is expansive, making its presence felt even in treating sinusitis. In case of severe bouts of sinusitis, it is highly recommended that you inhale steam with tulsi almost every day in the week.
  2. Have ginger along with honey: Another way of treating acute pangs of sinusitis is by making a paste of ginger and honey. Make small tablets of this mixture and for most effective results it is advisable that you have it every day.
  3. Avoid certain food: Just how incorporating certain food in the diet help in reducing the pain of sinusitis, eliminating few, often times help you to achieve the same purpose. When you suffer from sinusitis, it is only advisable that you diligently avoid dairy products like milk, yoghurt as well as intoxicants like cigarettes (know about the impacts of smoking on your organs) and alcohol.
  4. Lemon juice and water: In the initial stages of sinusitis, having a daily concoction of lemon juice and water is considered very beneficial. During this phase maintaining a light diet is advisable.
  5. Practice pranayama: The gamut of ayurvedic remedies includes not only the prescription of what to eat and what to avoid but also several exercises that help in expediting the process of recovery. Among them, pranayama with its focus on control and regulation of breath is particularly beneficial in curing sinusitis.

Dear patient, irregular menses, pcod are because of hormonal imbalance. You can now safely use homeopathic medicines to get rid of pcod or irregular menses. You need" mensoreg" syrup with" mensoreg" medicine to get rid of pcod or irregular menses. This can also be successfully used to painful menses. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

There r some galactogauges available like satavary, which you can take to increase the milk production. If the child is still not getting enough milk then you have to give him formula milk.

tips about lasik laser corneal refractive surgery

tips about LASIK laser corneal refractive surgery

Introduction:
 The basic principal of corneal refractive surgery is to induce a change in curvature of the cornea to correct the preexisting refractive error.

Method of surgery:-

 Epithelial-stromal flap created by sharp microkeratome or a femtosecond laser, then underlying stroma is ablated with eximer laser to correct refractive error. The corneal flap is repositioned over stroma without sutures.

Typical refractive limitations:-
Spherical range -10.0d to +4.0d,
Cylindrical range up to 4.0 d (glass power: in diaopter)

Advantage of LASIK laser surgery:-

 * minimum pain
 * rapid visual recovery
 * minimum corneal haze

Contraindication to LASIK laser:-

* no ideal for thin cornea
* corneal dystrophy
* severe dry eye
* in glaucoma

Complications of LASIK:
 * corneal flap dislocation
 * corneal ulcer
 * corneal haze
 * decrease or increase of refractive error
 * dry eye syndrome

I'm a 19 year old girl. My height is 4'11 but I'm not skinny nor fat. My body is perfect. I'm still a virgin. But my partner is not. My partner's height is 6'2 and his fully erected penis is 8.6 inches. We have a huge height gap between us. Can a 4'11 short heighten woman fully take in a 8.6 penis inside her vagina? Won't sex be difficult due to our huge height gap? What are the best sex positions for a 4'11 short heighten woman with a 6'2 tall man? Please advice.

When it comes to sex, it's not uncommon for there to be a height difference between partners. But how do you have sex when one partner is substantially taller or shorter than the other? At five feet tall, I'm rather diminutive; all of my partners have been much, much taller than I am, which at times can present some unique challenges. I'm sure I'm not the only person in this metaphorical boat, though, so in the interest of bonding with everyone who's floating along here with me, here — let's talk about some tips that will make sex between people of dramatically different heights easier. To be honest, it's not actually that difficult to adapt your sexytime activities when one of you is really short or really tall; most of the best “tips” I've discovered are usually important for good sex in general, not just good sex between partners of different heights. That said, though, you do sometimes have to get a little creative. But hey, if variety is the spice of life? Well, let's just say that it'll definitely add that certain je ne sais quoi to sex. It's also worth noting before we begin that this isn't a hard and fast list of do's and do not's; they're suggestions only. Furthermore, since they're based on my own experiences, I can only speak to heterosexual pairings. Even taking those specifics into account, though, I'm pretty sure most of the tips mentioned here can be adapted across a wide spectrum of bedroom activities. They're open to interpretation; tweak them however you need to in order to suit your own situation. Or go ahead and disregard them altogether if none of them work for you. Totally your call. Bearing all that in mind, then, let's get started, shall we? Grab your bed wedge and let's get cracking! 1. Experiment. This is true of all sets of partners, but experimentation is really the best way to go about figuring out what works for you and what doesn't. It's also obviously going to vary from person to person; some things I personally find difficult — 69-type positions, for example (my torso is just too short to make them work) — might not give other shorties the same problems. Good sex is always about learning by doing, and it's doubly so here. 2. Communicate clearly and often. Again, clear communication is usually a hallmark of good sex in general; when you and your partner are of dramatically different sizes, though, it's even more important to make sure you're on your communication game. I often find that certain angles that might work for taller women hit me in extremely odd and uncomfortable places; as long as I'm upfront about it, though, my partners have always been happy to shift until we find something that works better. 3. Maintain a sense of humor. Awkward shit is going to happen. Someone will bonk their head on something unusual at some point. There's no need to get embarrassed or let it ruin the mood, though; being able to laugh about the goofy stuff is often the sexiest thing there is. 4. Invest in a wedge pillow. The Liberator Wedge is specifically designed to be used during sex; you can also get a plain ol' bed wedge pillow, though, which tends to be a heck of a lot cheaper (just make sure it's a firm one!). The end effect of both is the same: It helps make positions that might otherwise be difficult to pull off significantly easier. Doggy-style, for example? Hard to enjoy when one partner's hips are lower than the other's. It's much more fun with something helping either to raise one partner's hips or give their knees a bit of a boost, though — and easier to sustain with the added support throughout. 5. Sitting sex is your friend. Do you have a good couch or a bed with a headboard? If yes, take advantage of the opportunities these magical pieces of furniture afford you. With one partner straddling the other in a sitting position, it doesn't matter how tall either of you are. 6. So is spooning. Although missionary is often described as the default sex position, I actually think it should be spooning. As far as I know, it works for just about everyone — all you need is a large enough surface to have it on. 7. The smaller person doesn't always have to be on top. Beyonce has probably never been taken this literally before. Anyhoo, to the point: Although some of the positions that work the best between partner with a prominent difference in height involve the taller person being on the bottom, it's by no means a hard and fast rule. Combine this one with tip number one and see what works best for you, even if it is plain ol' missionary. 8. Regarding sex standing up: Unless the taller partner is strong enough to hold up the smaller one the entire time, you'll probably need some help for this one. A step stool may not sound like the sexiest thing on the planet, but if you really want to have standing-up-against-the-wall sex, having one on hand for the shorter partner will go a long way towards making it easier. You could also look into acquiring a sex swing. Get creative. 9. And shower sex: You might want to pass on it. It has all the difficulties of sex standing up, plus the added hazards of water and slippery tiles. Other aquatic activities, however, are definitely doable, particularly if you have a roomy tub to do them in. Make sure you choose your playing field wisely, though; having sex in water can cause yeast infections, depending on what other microscopic organisms might be enjoying a little splashy-splashy as well. 10. Remember that there's more to sex than just P-in-V. As far as heterosexual bedroom activities go, we've all sort of been trained to think that actual penis-in-vagina intercourse is the Main Event, with an orgasm or two being the coup de grace. But you know what? It doesn't have to be. There's plenty of fun to be had without it — and there's often much greater flexibility, as well. And don't think this is something only differently-sized partners would do well to remember; it's useful for everyone. Make use of your hands, your mouths, toys, edible body paint — anything goes. There are no rules beyond these two: Make sure everything is consensual, and have fun while you're doing it. Otherwise?

Exercises You Must Follow During Pregnancy

Advice for an expectant mother is plentiful to come around from family and friends. While it may be well intentional, it may not be the best advice possible. One of the things most people would advise is to avoid exercising as it may affect the health of the mother and the baby. This is in fact a very wrong advice as expectant mothers like everyone need exercise to stay fit and healthy. The only difference from normal people is that certain types of exercises may not be suitable for pregnant women and the nature of exercises may change from trimester to trimester.

Some of the best exercises during pregnancy

  1. Swimming: This one is in fact recommended by doctors as the best and the safest exercise for pregnant women. Swimming is beneficial because of the following reasons:
    • It has immense cardiovascular benefits
    • Large muscles groups are exercised in the process
    • Helps reduce swelling and inflammation
    • Helps with low back pain and relieves the stress on your spine which is caused due to the extra weight you are carrying around.
  2. Walking: This is one of the safest exercise during any trimester as long as you don’t over exert yourself. Walking promotes blood circulation, improves heart health and is all around a good exercise for pregnant women. The key is to invest in a good pair of shoes for walking so as to prevent the knees and legs from jarring and also to support your upper body properly.
  3. Stretching: In the later trimesters, it may be a little difficult to manage other exercises as your body becomes heavier and movement may bse limited. However, you can do basic stretching exercises to improve mobility and also help with circulation.
  4. Weight training exercises: Certain exercises which utilize the weight of your body rather than external weight can be performed easily. You can also use lighter weights to help keep muscle tone and strength. A few examples of these exercises are:
    • Side leg lifting: Lie on one side and lift one leg up slightly higher than hip height. You can use your forearm for balance in this case. Keep lifting the leg and hold it there for a few seconds and do the same motions a few times for repetitions.
    • Curling and lifting: Sit on a chair with your back straight with 2 to 4 kilo weights in each hand and curl up your hands up to the shoulders. Sit with your legs spread apart but comfortably. Also start the curl with your fore arms at a 90° angle from your elbows.
    • Yoga and meditation: Yoga is possibly one of the most well suited regimens during pregnancy. Pranayama and meditation can definitely help you be more at peace and also manage many of the changes happening in your body in a much better fashion.

It is best to consult with a specialist or a physiotherapist who can give you a step by step guide as to the exercises you can do and the precautions that you need to take while performing them. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

One reason that yeast infections return is that they love the warm, moist condition of the vagina. This means that if you wear: Synthetic underwear, switch to cotton Pajama bottoms, go bare instead for better air circulation to the vaginal area while you sleep Tight jeans or spandex, swap them for more breathable materials To prevent yeast infections, also remember to: Wipe from front to back after using the toilet Take antibiotics only when absolutely necessary and prescribed by your doctor Avoid douching Abstain from sex until the infection is gone If you continue to experience repeated yeast infections after making these changes, ask your doctor to rule out any possible underlying causes. That way you'll know you're getting the appropriate treatment.

No one can make out if you are a virgin or not unless you tell the person. The hymen can tear with regular normal activity like games, swimming, cycling, running, etc. So just relax your husband won't know if you are a virgin or not unless you decide to tell him.
