Any way it may be tried,
-- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100 mg +paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab od x 10 days.
(you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
--. Do mild exercises for back,
--. Use no pillow under the head.

Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition?
the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation).
Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy.
Medication:
meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.

It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm
It must be due to pressure on one side of the body and due to your bad posture in lying. Pour hot water while taking bath which will help you to get relieved from pain.
