Dear Lybrate User, As you mentioned your condition gases is by product of indigestion , High carb foods like beans, cabbage, chickpeas, and lentils or sugary fruit juices are not easily digested by the stomach. They pass through the colon which contains a lot of bacteria that help in breaking down the food while releasing gases. so avoid it Eat healthy , fresh home made food at regular time , get proper 7-8 hrs sleep because stress is also major factor for indigestion . Ayurveda treat well this condition so its natural way to improve digestion . As of now at home take 1 tsp Ajwain or Carom Seeds and 1/2 tsp jeera mixed with fennel seed and eat after your meal with water you feel better , Ginger improve your digestion . for further clinical Assistant kindly revert back to me Thank you

There is no quick fix or short cuts to cure any health issue. Detailed history taking is important to find the root cause there is no use of putting a band aid temporary fix for a permanent fix of your health issue you have tell your fathers, job and it nature Is it sitting or standing job smoker / alcohol / Tobacco / soft drinks consumption Veg / non veg ioes he drink cows milk skipping meals home food / outside food stress at work / home sleep and exercise pattern bowel movements regular fluid intake daily fibre intake daily gas issues any tests you have done and their results what medicines have you taken without all these information no Dr. Can give any proper advice He will require certain supplements. Your Gut is your gateway to health .All the health issues begin in the gut and produce manifatations in different parts of the body which misguides the patient to a different specialist. who is not aware that the gut issue is the problem for his symptoms. So take a consult and solve your issue naturally without medicines with diet and lifestyle changes Remember you cannot fix your health without fixing your diet.

Taking Pantoperazole( PAN 40 or 20 ) is not going to harm you but may develop tolerance and may not give reseponse up to the mark so it is Advisable to change your antacids. In my opinion you take Cap RABEMAC -- DSR once or twice as you require. Hope you will get better response.
