Scars left by pimples is a common problem that a lot of us face. The treatment depends on the amount and severity of scarring. Superficial scars improve with treatment and care but deeper scars require laser surgery. Here is how you can reduce the scars/marks:- apply kojivit gel lightly over old marks twice a day. You can continue this for eight weeks.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk with gentle massage. Leave paste on face for 5-10 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. This formula of treatment is 100% succesful in PROBLEM OF DARK CIRCLES. Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself Following your regimen may seem incredibly difficult if you don’t believe that you will one day be able to transform your body. If you are not seeing any gains even after working so hard, work harder. Eat more, lift more and stay inspired.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, Blood pressure refers to the force exerted on artery walls by the blood flowing through them. The narrower and stiffer your arteries become, the higher your blood pressure goes. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80. BP higher than 130/90 is called Hypertension. You can have high blood pressure for months to years without any symptoms, but the damage caused by hypertension can eventually lead to severe health problems. The health problems from high blood pressure are the result of two major health stages. First, the blood vessels in your body narrow and stiffen. Second, and as a result of this, there is a decreased blood flow to different organs and body parts such as the heart, the brain, the kidneys, the eyes, and the nerves. This can lead to severe complications if left unchecked. 1)Monitor your blood pressure regularly. 2)Exercise: Exercise for at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity at least 5 days per week 3)Manage stress through meditation and yoga or some hobby. 4)Cut down on alcohol or smoking. 5)Limit your caffeine intake. Caffeine causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. Drink no more than 2 cups tea per day. 6)DASH Diet: This is a medically designed and studied diet plan focusing on reducing blood pressure. The diet is high in vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, and lean proteins. It is also low in sodium, added-sugars, and fats. 7)Restrict your Salt intake to not more than WHO recommended dose of 1500 mg per day. 8)Eat Nuts: Eat foods such as almonds, flax seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, lentils, peas, and kidney beans. 9)Most important take your medicines on time.

Hello,you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

I am having PCOD but still bleeding heavily from past 6 months. Taking primolut-n twice a day but spotting is still there. Need to take high doses and trenexa injections daily to stop bleeding. Can send you all reports and prescriptions if required. Please help!

If you want home remedies then do this. 1) eat lots of citrus fruits 2) avoid fatty foods and fried food 3) drink 3 to 4 ltrs of cold water daily. 4) do cardio exercise for 30 mins daily 5) do 15 mins of meditation daily 6) wash your face with soft soap or herbal face wash 7) avoid rubbing your face after wash. Simply soak with soft towel.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.
