I m a female 74 yes I have got advanced fourth stage breast cancer and have undergone a decompression operation of the spinal cord in November but my senses in the lower part if the body have not recovered as yet pls tell me how can I speed up my recovery I have gone through 3 chemo sessions also.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hi! I am 28 years old male. I have blood circulation problem in my body since few months. During sleep, my hands become numb. dear anju. its compulsory for each patient who undergoes knee replacement surgery to take physiotherapy or physical excercise treatment for 2 months to avoid any muscle or knee problems. if your mother takes physiotherapy treatment she can be fine and pain reduces.

Knee pain- reasons can be- * cold weather *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take rhustox 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Hand Pain This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

Yes definitely exercises will help you a lot. But at same time knee brace provides you proper required support in weight bearing position. So do continue.
