A sports person's diet is completely different from a normal person. Depending upon the type of sports you are into your diet must be planned. your protein and carb intake must be to an optimal level to inprove your strength and stamina. when you feel the craving to eat junk opt for better options , instead of fried chicken or French fries or a burger you could opt for grilled chicken or veg grilled sandwitch or a subway. For a personalised diet plan you can consult with me online.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

You need to have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. The foods should be low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated). Include foods like paneer paratha, til ladoo, peanut chikki, rice with ghee, thick atta-maida rotis with ghee, soyabean cutlet, almond/banana milkshake, lassi, cheese-potato sandwich, atta halwa, thick creamy soups, malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar, premix with milk/ soup/ fruit juice, sugarcane juice, fresh fruit juice, dry fruits (raisins/figs/plums/apricots). Practice bench press, push ups, squats to increase muscle mass & appetite Avoid junk foods Drink plenty of water (but not with meal or just before a meal)

I eat so much than the fat person but I am always thin can you tell me the reason.
There are several factors for that ... you need to consult privately for that. Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. • Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. • Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Weight gain with the help of medicines can not be permanent weight gain. So start a serious diet and exercise from now onwards for permanent weight gain. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.
