No other magical way but reduce eating and exercise. You can read my article on obesity in health tips column in the site, weight gain is the result of sedentary life and overeating do aerobic exersises, jog, skip and run. Eat only half of what you eat now. Avoid or reduce sweets and butter, ghee and food containing these. You need to check for hypothyroid state. Go to lab and test tsh and send me the report in ask privately option.

Hello, Exclusively breadth feeding will manage you burn calories. Do not go in for crash dieting, as that will surely hamper milk production. Drink good amount of fluids and eat balanced meals every 3 hours. Say no to oil and ghee loaded stuff, bakery items. Get moving. Atleast 30 to 40 mins of mild exercise will prove to be beneficial. Take your, supplements in time as prescribed by the doctor.

My wife (67ys) is suffering from knee pain in bboth the legs. Doctors suggested operation to both. She is slightly overweight. Do not do operation its a very simple disease. Give her apis me 30 daily 1 dose / 3 days = 3 doses in morning. After 7 days your wife will be cured. If pain still exits after 7 days. A mere repetition is required.

Dear user, remember that the stomach fat is very difficult to reduce for everyone. But by healthy weight reduction acnd following following tips will help you. 1. Exercises daily. Stretching, yoga and aerobics will be helpful on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. You can even do rope skipping or swiming. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas, fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Do not have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. Use cycle or walk than using your car or bike to commute. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. To reduce the belly fat follow these methods : * Cause of fat deposition on belly is junk food , and lack of exercises. So Do not eat junk food such as burger , pizza and soft drinks also. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits . * Do running and skipping daily . Start running with one or two rounds and skipping for 2to 3 minutes then increase the time slowly . * If you have sitting job or due to any cause you have to sit for long time then after one hour of sitting go and take a round then sit again. * Do this exercise given below , when you are empty stomach under the supervision of yoga expert: Lie straight on the floor and raise your legs without bending your knees . Raise your legs at the angle of 45° . Start from 30 seconds to 1 minutes .

Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd. * take ajvayan & jeera 10gm after each meal.
