Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help you::: 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Don't get me wrong — exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

1. Dinner whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. 2 Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.

After 30's loosing weight is not as easy as it used to be in 20's. Start your day with a good work out like 30 minutes of brisk walking or 15 minutes of jogging. Eat home made food with less oil. Avoid consuming sugar. Avoid eating out. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee. Include salads and fruits in your diet to kill cravings. Have early dinner. For tummy, do kapalbhati and cruches, your total exercise in a day should be for 45 to 60 minutes atleast.

I am 21 year old female with hypothyroidism with 80kg weight with a height of 155 cm. I have taken thyronorm 50 mg for tsh level 4.5 and it is increased to thyronorm 62.5 and my tsh is 3.2. Hello, weight reduction is a tough task. Following things need to be concentrated: 1) your caloric intake has to be strictly planned based on your ideal body weight (ibw) which should be 50 kg and level of physical exercise. 2) avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries, 3) daily exercise schedule should be for more than 1 hour, should include aerobic activity for 20 minutes, stretching and brisk walking 4) set a target of loosing 2 - 3 kgs per month. By reducing 550 k calories per day you can cut 1/2 a kg weight per week, along with above mentioned physical activity. 5) there is no need to increase the dose of thyronorm now, but a periodic tsh levels check should be done.

Hi Lybrate User, Firstly never give up on your efforts to stay fit. 1. It is unfortunate that many Gym Instructors are just body builders with no idea about Body Physiology and the Science Behind Weight Reduction. 2. Please do not rely on such Gym Instructors. 3. There is nothing such as Fat Burner. It is just waste of money and time. There is no medicine, herb, mix, that can burn fat. 4. Fat can only get eliminated through a balance of sensible eating and proper exercise. 5. Dieting is usually a wrong approach. People tend to give up Roti and stay hungry and in the evening eat one biscuit packet and a samosa. 6. Get a healthy nutrition plan. Eat more fruits and veggies and salads. 7. Drink one glass of water every hour from waking till 8 pm. 8. Cut down on outings. .malls. .parties. Popcorns. Burgers. Pizzas. 9. Get a complete body check with Sugar/Liver/Thyroid/Cholesterol/BP etc profile done. In case there is any other problem you will get to know. 10. Change your exercise. Make it more intensive. Visit youtube and try to copy/do 20 min intensive Aerobics. Join a Zumba/ Aerobics Class. 11. You are trying to lose weight. But the methods are all wrong. Thats why its not working. 12. Get proper advice.

Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

give your wife diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and reduce weight also.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
