Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Hello Doctor. I am 29 years old and having a 11 months old baby. I gained too much of weight in pregnancy. Last month I was diagnosed with pcos and my doctor asked me too loose weight and also have prescribed me medicine like metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablet and elestra cyproterone acetate & ethinylestradiol tablets. Also caberlact tablet once a week as my prolactin is 77. For loosing weight I have joined gym .My current weight is 85 kg. The gym trainer Has advice me to take 1lemon juice after all d 3 meal but have asked to consult doctor before taking lemon juice as according to him lemon can have adverse effects on d medicine taken. So I want to seek your advice. Can I take the lemon juice for weight loss?

Weight loss happens by continous diet management and regular exercise. Lemon juice is a healthy drink but it has no role to play in weight loss. It is just a myth like many others like Green Tea. Aloe Vera. Etc. For exercise follow 40: 10:10 formula for max weight loss. # 40 min Cardio # 10 mins Abs & Stretches # 10 mins Strength and Toning For Diet. Cut down all sugar stuff. Colas. Juices. And fried foods. Focus more on fruits. Veggies. Salads. Soups etc. Consult a dietician for a detailed diet plan.

Dear Lybrate User, You need to take urgent steps to reduce your weight which can cause a lot of damage to your health otherwise. This requires a combination of better nutrition + regular exercise. Items like Green.Tea etc have no impact on your weight. These are just myths without any scientific basis. In fact there is no food or medicine which can reduce fat / weight. The solution lies in your mind, in your heart. You need to change your food habits which have caused this imbalance in weight. You can go for liposuction on arms for removing extra fat but it will not cure stretch marks or droopy skin and scar for the procedure will remain

Helllo, Seborrheic dermatitis is one of te main cause of hair loss, so first of all you should take treatment for this problem. 1. Take Mezerium 30, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once daily. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair. Revert me after 15 days.

Hello its regarding diet for weight loss. My current diet plan is - Egg omelette/kanda poha for breakfast. For lunch - salad and wheat roti with chicken gravy/ vegetable. For evening - apple n roasted chana. For dinner - kellogs muesli. Am regular in gym n cardio at least 5 times a week. Is this good diet or should I change it for weight loss. My current weight - 93. Hi lybrate-user When it comes to weight loss, everyone wants it quick and easy. People don’t realize that just like weight gain did not happen overnight; weight loss also cannot be expected with a blink of an eye. In the name of weight loss people follow all sorts of fad diets and funny methods which hardly show them any results. Weight loss basically is eating the right food at the right time. There is no one magic food which leads to weight loss. It is a combination of different foods. Let us discuss 10 foods which effectively help in weight loss. Oats: is extremely high in fiber, hence one portion of oats in the morning for breakfast can keep you full and energetic throughout the day, reducing your caloric intake. Greens: like spinach, methi, broccoli etc are very low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins and minerals thereby reducing water retention and bloating from your body. Beans: like kidney beans, soya beans etc are filled with resistant fiber and proteins which help release energy slowly and keeping you full for a longer time. They also feed your muscles and help them tone up. Lean chicken and fish: are good sources of protein which increase muscle and thereby metabolic rate which helps fat burning and also adds bulk to the meals. Cucumber: is very high in water content and acts as a natural diuretic which helps to reduce water retention and bloating leading to weight loss.
