Before washing your hair, apply the juice extracted from crushed coriander (dhania) leaves. You can also use a mixture of curd and gram flour (chana atta) that should be kept-on for at least an hour before bathing.

I am getting severe headache since 2 days so please say me any remedies to get cure from head ache.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

To reduce weight you have to to choose the food that will help in reducing weight. Skipping meals is not the answer to reduce weight. Avoiding food will harm your body more than anything else. Also simple exercise like: walk, running, swimming, yog etc. Will help in feeling more energetic & will control your hunger.

Aim for fitness. Aim for health and weight loss will happen. You can cut down two kgs per month by a combination of diet and exercise. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take a glass of warm water and steep a green tea bag into it. Remove the tea bag and pour the contents into the tray. Place the tray into freezer and allow it to form ice cubes take one ice-cube and rub all over the back. Just note before rubbing the ice cubes steam your back so that the pores get open and the goodness of green tea enter the pores. Do it twice a day in the morning when you get up and before going to sleep.

Got a black scar on my forehead. No matter wat meds I use it stays black. Its been there more than 4 years now.

To clear the scar mark of head - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

To increase the muscle mass you have to take more proteins and fats. For that in case you are vegetarian then take more pulses and grams because they are rich sources of proteins. Along with you can use butter and ghee as this will also help in building mass. Milk and milk products are also good as they provide calcium, fats, proteins etc.

In this procedure, excess skin and fat from your face and neck are removed surgically and after the bruising and the scarring have subsided, the new skin is much tighter thus making you look much younger.
  5. Microdermabrasion and Dermabrasion: These procedures employ the abrasion tactic to the fullest to destroy old tissue and encourage the growth of new tissue. Dermabrasion uses the technique of sanding the skin with a rotating brush where new skin needs to grow. Microdermabrasion is a more subtle technique as it uses finer equipment to sand away only the top layer of skin and the side effects of redness, swelling and scabbing tend to be lesser compared to conventional Dermabrasion.
  6. Other Soft Skin Tissues Filler Injections: There are many other forms of soft skin tissue fillers other than Botox, which can be directly injected into the required area. Some of these are fats, gels and collagen which can be directly injected into wrinkles. These fillers work by swelling and plumping up the area around the skin to give it smoother look. However, these treatments also need to be done at frequent periodic intervals of a few months.

there is treatment for control only by medicines and life style changes. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

Dear lybrate user you should do regular exercise & take healthy diet & meditation too. Follow some tips eat handful of almonds daily with a glass of milk, take milk milk before going to bed too soaked 6 dry figs in water overnight, eat next morning. You can also eat one banana every day in the morning and follow it up with a glass of warm milk sweetened with a teaspoon of sugar. Take up yoga or breathing exercise to help you de-stress your body. Once you learn to de-stress and relax, you will find it easy to put on weight.
