Please note that ice-cream is not suiting you and its better to avoid it. Take belladonna 30 - one dose when required for headache.

Hello Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health.And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face,wash it off after it dries.

Avoid fluoridated toothpastes.make sure this area isn't smeared with cosmetics.if u have hair in this region u can have a pigmentation because of that too.stay away from bleaching agents and dyes in this region.Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,papaya and aloe,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.if u r on medications like steroids ,u can have pigmentation here too.make sure to use a sunscreen for ur face,it'll protect from darkening.

For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I am 23 year old female. I often get heat boils, sty. I am allergic to metals other than gold, dust. My body is over reactive to insect bites and itches. • Moisturize every day. • Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. • Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser • Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. • Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. • When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat. • Learn your eczema triggers and avoid them. • Use a humidifier in dry or cold weather.

Excess of sour taste of lemon is surely not good for health. one glass of lemon juice (200 ml), with pinch of salt and sugar with some black pepper is sufficient. for a day.

Hi lybrate-userif your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

U should avoid using external application of such ointment. Proper symptoms is important in its treatment. Avoid oily n spicy food take fibrous rich food try homoeopathic medicine it's very effective. External application ointment will suppress the cases instead of curing it. So such things.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Hello. Ya sure. 1 hour workout is sufficient for healthy life style. With this you can find standard weight easily. Take healthy nutritive non fatty diet. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Maximum intake of water and green tea. Hi, You should start with Arsenic Album 30, 6 pills a day for next 14 days at 7 pm daily. After that report me with before and after photograph of the patch for further treatment. Management - Avoid sun light exposure. Apply papaya and tomoto pulp to them daily and massage there for 10 minutes.
