What ...
Space between anus and vagina vary from person to person. In extreme cases anus opens into vagina only. And this doesn't happen suddenly. It is like that right from the birth. But she must keep the area clean. Wash the area at least twice daily. Itching is because of the bad hygiene in that area. So she should maintain a good hygiene in that area. I get acidity, mild IBS and schatzhi ring issues thereafter when I stress or get worried. All diagnosis including colonoscopy and endoscopy biopsy etc shows everything to be norm. Currently during high acidity times doc suggested to have pantoprazole. What is the best way to bring back this to normal. Am exercising and trying to inculcate lifestyle changes. But one can not avoid stress or tension sometimes. So how to prevent such changes the moment I worry. Is taking pantoprazole once a day the only solution?

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.
