Dear User, Do proper exercise like walking slowly, asana, pranayam. Apply medicated oil like Dashmool taila over knee and back before bath. Avoid backery products keep your bowel clear. Generally with flatulance (gas problem) pain gets worsen, so avoid such food. You can consult me with your x rays and other reports in private.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in a bowl & cold in another bowl. First immerse hand upto wrist in hot water for 3min then immediately in cold water for 1min, keep repearing fir 20min, twice daily While your hand is in water keep moving wrist actively Apply pain relieving gel & wrap vrepe bandage Avoid lifting heavy weights & do not overexert

I am 37 I have been suffering from survical spondilities for the past 4 months. Left hand fingers left leg toes getting thimmiri.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. I' m 20 year old boy. I used to get back pain and gas trouble if I even take a small amount of food containing gas. I don' t drink cool drinks. Is it the reason for underweight I' m only 45 kg but 170 cm tall. Give idea to increase weight and gas trouble problems.

Hi. One can have normal blood levels of uric acid during an acute gout attack so that is not an accurate test to diagnose a joint attack of gout. When the finger is painful, it is best to be seen by a hand specialist or a rheumatologist who can accurately diagnose and start the correct treatment. The only way to accurately diagnose a joint gout is to get some fluid from the joint and send it for testing under a microscopy. It is also important to make sure that we rule out lot of other conditions which can mimick like a gout attack. Please see an appropriate specialist in the regards.

You are starting to suffer from aamvaata or rheumatism. For this the main thing that you need to do is improve your digestion. If you are able to digest food properly & take light meals, then the progression of disease can be stopped.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. if Ur body weight is above normal...u fall under obese category...get bariatric surgery done to get rid of excess fat...dat wld eventually decrease load on knees...

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Hello, If the lower back pain is aggravated day by day and if you experience it's referred pain towards your lower limbs then it might be Sciatica. General causes for lower back pain are spondylysis. Kindly get a X-ray LS Spine to get the correct diagnosis done. To get temporary relief you can do back strengthening exercise and sleep on a hard floor. Hot fomentation will also be helpful for you. Kindly revert your findings for precise treatment plan. Tk care.

Start with back strengthening exercises like bridging, back press, bhujangasan and many others. Apply ice pack or hot water bag to painful area 2-3 times a day. If you have pain during exercises then stop it immediately and consult a good physiotherapist doctor nearby you.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. Most importantly if you are overweight then losing weight is an important part of the whole treatment plan .Long term use of painkillers for low back pain is harmful Treatment for back pain:- Homeopathic medicines are very helpful. They not only treat the acute stages but are also used for the treatment of chronic back pain.Selection of the exact remedy depends upon the individual symptoms of the person.So share the complete symptom picture for the proper treatment. My age is 22. I am a student. I have been facing neck pain for the last four years. When I consulted doctor in this problem they told like this" Do neck exercises. It will be cured" But it doesn't reduced. The pain has increased for the last four days. Please suggest me medicine.

Hi imbalance in longissimus can be corrected by exercise. Start with simple streching exercise followed by strengthening exercise. It will be good if you do exercise in under supervision of skilled physiotherapist.

Dear Rahul, Get a MRI done to pin point the cause and site of pain . Meanwhile go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies.
