Permanent solution is surgery. Removal of piles. And to prevent it from recurring is to avoid constipation by drinking 4-5 ltrs of water daily. Salads, fruits consumption.

Hello there, No don't worry she is safe. Its not an overdose. Therapeutic index for pantoprazole is quite wide, overdose is about 240 mg/kg of body weight. So it's within safety profile. Overdose causes side effects such as headaches, dizziness, flu like symptoms, gastrointestinal disturbances etc. Thank you Dr.

Hai lybrate-user, probably you are having a gastritis. That has to be treated with the antacids. Avoid spicy and hot foods and tea n coffee. Eat at regular intervals, don't give long gaps between your foods.

Vitiligo is a genetic disorder triggered by indigestion and stressful conditions. There is always a confusion in patients mind regarding choosing right treatment approach for vitiligo. Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use. 2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication. Ayurvedic herbal medicines are used to purify blood and stop the spread of disease and external application are capable of quick repigmentation. We have integrated external Allopathic applications with internal Ayurvedic medication to give fast and long lasting results. For detailed queries like: 1. Causes of vitiligo 2. Is it genetic or can it spread to next generation 3. Causes of spread of disease after it remains stable for some years 4. Should we use homeopathy, allopathy or ayurveda. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.

I have digestive problem and in the its too much problem due to this can you give some easy suggestions for this.
You have to be a good observer. Try to avoid the food items which make you lethargic or give you indigestion the same day after eating. Avoid late evening dinners. Take regular walks and even violent physical exercises. Start taking wheat grass juice. It has enough minearals and vitamines and will keep your digestion in order. Stress is a major contributing factor. Start meditation. To improve your immunity and strengthen your indigestion start using homeopathy. The best form of harmless medication. Avoid Antibiotics.

Please avoid constipation. Take plenty of fluid and fruits. But have yourself examined by a surgeon. Once we are sure that there is nothing serious in that region then the treatment becomes very easy.
