Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Hi take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. Take shwas kuthar ras twice a day. Pranacharya asthamin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya shwas vikarasav 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take hot water steam.

General Physician,
Anatomical structures are more diverse in the mouth than in any other region. The human face begins to form during the 4th week of embryonic development. By the 6th week the external face is completed.  Between the 6th and 8th weeks the development of the palate subdivides nasal and oral cavities.  This development continues into the 12th week with completion of the soft palate. 3. DEVELOPMENT OF FACE • Face develops from 3 prominences that surround the stomatodeum 1. One frontonasal process 2. Right and Left maxillary processes (from first pharyngeal arch) • 3- Right& left Mandibular processes (from the first pharyngeal arch). •N. B. Stomodeum is a depression bounded cranially by a bulging produced by the brain and caudally by a bulging produced by the pericardial cavity. * From each side of lower part of frontonasal process two mesodermal processes appear called medial& lateral nasal processes (they will give the nasal cavities in the future. 4. Maxillary process DEVELOPMENT OF FACE Mandibular process Mandibular process Maxillary process Fronto-Nasal process.

I'm suffering from continuous cough and snivel my throat is paining nd my voice changed please suggest me the medicines for that.

BHMS
Homeopath, Secunderabad
If it is viral then you just need to gargle with warm water with salt in it. Avoid oily food. Eat healthy diet and avoid all kinds of stimulants. Drink normal temperature water ( about 2 liters ) so that you stay hydrated. If the cough stays for more than 2-3 weeks then its needs to be examined. You can try Homeopathy if it is allergic in nature.
