If the stone is causing pain by obstruction at the bile duct, If stone has caused deep jaundice or tests show Chronic inflammation of Inside lining A general surgeon may advise you removal . There may be stones but are not causing any problem like silent stones. They can be left alone. Repeated stone formation, repeated pain and repeated surgery is unlikely. Consult General or Gasto - Int estinal Surgeon for advice

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity...  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this- 1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor gastroenterologist and do few investigations like endoscope and manometry 2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about pantoprazole, and Baclofen Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Try to maintain a healthy weight. Excess weights put pressure on your abdomen, pushing up your stomach and causing acid to back up into your esophagus. If your weight is healthy, work to maintain it. If you are overweight or obese, work to slowly lose weight no more than 1 kilogram per week. 2) Try to avoid tight-fitting clothing. Clothes that fit tightly around your waist put pressure on your abdomen and the lower esophageal sphincter. 3) Try to avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. 4) Try to eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. 5) Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. Elevate the head of your bed. If you regularly experience heartburn at night or while trying to sleep, put gravity to work for you. Place wood or cement blocks under the feet of your bed so that the head end is raised by 6 inches. 6) Don't smoke. Smoking decreases the lower esophageal sphincter's ability to function properly. Hope that helps.
