The pain will subside after 2-3 days. Be regular if you don't want to feel the pain again and again. Eat boiled chicken and boiled egg whites and some brown rice throughout the day.

Common causes of headache are -- Fever, migraine, stress, cold, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions ,vision problem, high BP. Commonest being inadequate sleep. I am 42 years old male. I am suffering from some sex problem. From last 2 to 3 years I am facing problem at the time of sex. It can be treated from you description. You could be having fungal infection or mix infection. Controlling your sugars and maintaining hba1c near 6.4% may help in treating the infection. Actually too much night fall is always harmful for your health. Avoid sexual stimulating things like pornography over mobile, television etc. Avoid hot tea/ coffee etc, Avoid tight fitting clothing (underwear) during night, Sleep on back. This indicates some obstruction to the urine flow. You should get uroflodynamometry, kft, urine tests, hba1c, ultrasound kub before a treatment plan can be advised.

No there won't be any problem. For constipation you can drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily and take lots of fibres which are there in all fruits and vegetables.

Hi My mother is 75 years old. Recently diagnosed she has psoriases that could be for last about 1 - 2 years, its not severe, red patches visible on palms and soles, skin chips only on palms and soles, rest of the body and even edges like knees and elbows are fairly clean except 1 or 2 spots.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths.
