To avoid acidity one need to have food at regular timings at 3-4 hrs interval. Also you should avoid having food items like deep fried, tomato based, non-veg, whole pulses at night. Don't immediately lie down after having food. Maintain atleast one hour gap. Wear comfortable clothing around the waist not too tight. Need your height and weight to know how much underweight you are and then guide accordingly.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.

Dear , you should make a note of what food or activity causes acidity. Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter. Similarly avoid meat or non vegetarian foods. Take souf (fennel seeds) after food or put seeds in one cup of water with one tea spoon of sugar and mildly heat. When cooled, filter the seeds and drink the water. This would soothe the acidity and reduce necessity of drugs. While sleeping put double pillows under your head. Take curds with food. Drink plenty of water. Some ayurvedic digestant powders like gomata pachanamrit from goshala products

No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Please take a cup of yogurt daily Take balance diet and be regular with your timing of food. Take good sleep No food from outside Do not drink excess water - drink water according to your thirst. Take Nux vom 30 thrice daily for next 2 week and revert back.

That means you water intake of body is very less you must take lot of water by mouth regularly. To avoid the abdominal muscular spasm. You can apply some musclenrelxant externally for few days when the muscle guard occurs।go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercise. Things will improve।

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

You have to take anti acidity drug combination for a period of at least 2-3 weeks. Foods to be avoided- tea, coffee, heavy meals at a time, biscuits, foods rich in high fat content such as non veg avoid immediate lying down after meals.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7.
