When you cant eat fresh, eat frozen. Depending on where you live and what time of year it is, you cant always get your hands on high-quality fresh produce. Keep this in mind: frozen is fine. Manufacturers freeze frozen fruits and veggies at peak ripeness, which means they will pack a similar nutritional value as their fresh counterparts. Just choose plain frozen foods rather than those with added sugars or sodium.

Nutmeg and mace spice contains many plant-derived chemical compounds that are known to have been anti-oxidant, disease preventing, and health promoting properties.

The spicy nut contains fixed oil trimyristin and many essential volatile oils such as which gives a sweet aromatic flavor to nutmeg such as myristicin, elemicin, eugenol and safrole. The other volatile-oils are pinene, camphene, dipentene, cineole, linalool, sabinene, safrole, terpeniol.

Hi , it seems tonsillitis you had taken one strong combination of antibiotics you can go for one more course of levofloxacin 500mg once daily for 5 days along with normal saline gargle this is mandatory. See the frequency of recurrence then decide for surgery that is tonsillectomy. Have it resected out, permanently.

You can't really go wrong when choosing nuts to eat

You can't really go wrong when choosing nuts to eat, as long as you pay attention to quality. By this I mean look for nuts that are organic and raw, not irradiated, pasteurized, or coated in sugar. One exception is peanuts, which are technically in the legume family. My main objections to peanuts are that they tend to:

Distort your omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, as they are relatively high in omega-6
Be frequently contaminated with a carcinogenic mold called aflatoxin
Be one of the most pesticide-contaminated crops.
