Definitely but not for infertility but for guidance in sexuality and childbirth from sexologist. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist physically to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.

Hi, sexually transmitted infections (stis) can have a range of signs and symptoms, including no symptoms. That's why they may go unnoticed until complications occur or a partner is diagnosed. Signs and symptoms that might indicate an sti include: sores or bumps on the genitals or in the oral or rectal area painful or burning urination discharge from the penis unusual or odd-smelling vaginal discharge unusual vaginal bleeding pain during sex sore, swollen lymph nodes, particularly in the groin but sometimes more widespread lower abdominal pain fever rash over the trunk, hands or feet signs and symptoms may appear a few days after exposure, or it may take years before you have any noticeable problems, depending on the organism. Causes: sexually transmitted infections can be caused by: bacteria (gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia) parasites (trichomoniasis) viruses (human papillomavirus, genital herpes, hiv) sexual activity plays a role in spreading many other infectious agents, although it's possible to be infected without sexual contact. Examples include the hepatitis a, b and c viruses, shigella, and giardia intestinalis. Investigation/s: if your sexual history and current signs and symptoms suggest that you have an sti, laboratory tests can identify the cause and detect coinfections you might have contracted. Blood tests. Blood tests can confirm the diagnosis of hiv or later stages of syphilis. Urine samples. Some stis can be confirmed with a urine sample. Fluid samples. If you have active genital sores, testing fluid and samples from the sores may be done to diagnose the type of infection. Laboratory tests of material from a genital sore or discharge are used to diagnose some stis.

Licking the vagina can cause infection in the one doing the licking and in the vagina. Diseases and bacteria can be passed by contact with sexual fluids and saliva. Sexually transmitted diseases like herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, and hiv can be passed between partners performing oral sex.

Best PCOD treatment in homeopathy. Please kindly n truthfully tell me the entire treatment time n cost. My age 30f, 78kg, 5'1 with no thyroid. My main concern is OK increasing weight and tough task to reduce with pcod. Will homeopathy able to cure me? I have a baby. I don't want any more. Only concern to cure pcod is to get rid of weight. My periods are slightly normal few days as compare to previous. Take my point seriously and reply honestly.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
We’ve heard over and over again that weight loss is important in managing PCOD and that diet and exercise are more effective than medications in improving your PCOD symptoms 1. Eat organic food. Avoid junk. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Exercise regularly. Brisk walking is a good idea to keep weight under control. 4. Visit nature places and spend time alone. 5. Take steps to calm your mind. Worrying about the problem can only make it worse – listen to music, read or spend time gardening. Myself is a homoeopathic doctor and although PCOD is not treatable in allopathy system because PCOD itself is a hormonal problem and by giving external hormones condition will become worse, but in homoeopaathic there are certain medicines which will regulate your hormones accordingly such that slowly and slowly the ovarian cysts will totally vanish. But the treatment for PCOD is not time bound as it can take anywhere between 6 months to 18 months to fully recover.I will guide you to start some exercises which will be helpful in reducing PCOD problem along with homoeopathic medicines.

After intercourse majority of semen coming out of vagina is normal. Still enough sperms go inside to give result. However pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle- day of ovulation so couple has to give 12 to 24 months to nature. After that lot of reports and prolonged treatment may be required so with patience and trust meet gynecologist or infertility specialist if enough time has passed.

Did You Know Cashewnuts Save You from Most Ailments?

Health benefits of Cashew

Cashew nuts or cajus as we know them in India are widely loved and used in almost every course of food, from starters and snacks to the main course to dessert. Apart from being a delectable food, it also has numerous health benefits. Few of them are:

1. When compared to other nuts, they contain low fat content which is in the form of oleic acid. Oleic acid is good for the heart. Cashews also happen to be free of cholesterol and have anti-oxidants which help keep the heart healthy.

2. Magnesium present in the cashews helps them to prevent the rise in blood pressure.

3. One major benefit of cashew nuts is that they help fight cancer. They have high copper content and also have flavonoids called proanthocyanidins which help fight cancer cells in colon cancer.

4. The copper in cashews helps in maintaining the right color of the hair.

5. Cashews have magnesium and calcium, both of which are important for bone health.

6. The magnesium in cashews ensures that there is enough magnesium on the bones' surface and calcium cannot enter the nerve cells, thus ensuring healthy nerves.

7. Cashews have selenium, magnesium, and copper which all act as antioxidants.

8. They help in growth, digestion, and development of the body.

9. Despite being considered fatty, cashews have good cholesterol. Despite popular belief, it is good to eat cashew at least once or twice a week.

10. The risk of developing gallstones reduces by one-fourth, with a daily intake of cashew nuts.
