I have 83 mm liquor volume at 36 week of pregnancy is it possible to give birth my baby normally.

I have 83 mm liquor volume at 36 week of pregnancy is it possible to give birth my baby normally.
Dear lybrate user, the volume of liquor doesn't usually decide the ability for normal delivery. Various parameters have to be taken into consideration. The assessment will have to be done on either completion of 9 months (if other parameters are normal) or whenever labour pains start.

Hlo meri delivery abhi hui h or mujhe aesa lg rha h meri uterus shyd khul si gai h matlb bdi si ho gai hai. M ky kru. Ky ye normal bt h ya nhi.

MD-Pharmacology, MBBS
Sexologist, Delhi
Dear lybrate-user, It is very common that after delivery uterus size increase. It's natural solution is to start feeding your baby exclusively for 6 months. As it is a reflex action, your uterus will come to its normal size. Take good care of your health n baby. If there is a single problem related to your health or baby's health, consult your gynecologist immediately. Avoid local medication or advice. I want know about drinking water. How much litter for per day required for one person for healthy and what is the BP for normally. I want to running daily basis but I don't know how many Km for me.

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS

I want know about drinking water. How much litter for per day required for one person for healthy and what is the BP ...
At 22 , it depends upon your stamina , your lifestyle ,your obsession with self vs. other day to day activities , if body is the temple ,like in a modelling / film field ,then spend entire day looking after body by looking at weighing scale vs. exercise but if you believe that this body needs to be served first so that a fit body can serve others for rest of the day , then running / exercise for half an hour is enough for your age at 22. regarding how much water to drink will again depend upon how much exercise you do but minimum 6 liters does help most people ,remember water is present in tea ,fruits and vegetables also. BP should be kept on the lower side -120/80 or may be lower than that and there is no condition like a low BP if there are no other symptoms/ reasons like dehydration and blood loss.

Hello Dr. My wife is 47 years old. She has vaginal pain, when penetrating she can't bear d pain and not interested in sex. She has fibroids. Please help!

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- Your wife is near menopausal age. Most probable cause of painful sex at this age is dry vagina/ lack of vaginal secretions. Use artificial lubrication during sex, and start some female libido enhancing herbal supplements of ayurveda for her. It will solve your issue. Fibroid has nothing to do with for painful sex.

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

You might be missing your period either because of PC OS or because of hormonal imbalance due to the emergency pill .chances of pregnancy are remote but still it is advisable to perform a urine pregnancy test to rule it out. Goodluck.

Always eat thoughtfully. Many of the illness like obesity, blood pressure etc. Are caused due to improper food habits. Whether a food is healthy for you or not should be choosed over its taste. Tasty junked food does not mean its healthy. Eat thoughtfully, stay healthy!

Douching or vaginal washing is not a good method of preventing pregnancy as sperms are highly motile and swim up the vagina. This method will have a high failure rate. Ask your friend to use regular methods of contraception like condoms.

How Often Should you get a Full Body Checkup? And what does it entail?

MBBS, AFIH, PGDMLS, MD-HRM, MD-HM
General Physician, Gurgaon
How Often Should you get a Full Body Checkup? And what does it entail?

For those who are under the age of 35 and healthy, an annual checkup is not necessary, one every 2 to 3 years is fine. Even between 35-45 years if you continue to live a healthy lifestyle and face no medical problems, an annual medical checkup is not essential. But, for those who are above the age of 45, an annual checkup is recommended. The regular checkup will detect any medical issue, which can then be treated effectively. And as you know, early detection can help overcome even deadly diseases like cancer.

What should a checkup involve?

- Essentially a full body checkup starts with obtaining patient and family history to check for any genetic problems. Details on lifestyle habits and exercise routine are also recorded.

- It is followed by a thorough physical examination, which includes measuring blood pressure, checking eye and thyroid, reflex examination, chest examination etc.

- Sometimes depending on factors like the age and patient history a rectal examination may be done. For women, sometimes pap smear (test for cervical cancer) is also recommended.

- A blood test is generally also done. In case, the patient suffers from other problems related tests like Cholesterol, liver function tests, LDLs, HDLs etc. are done.

- The BMI (Body Mass Index) of the patient is taken to measure the weight. Nowadays a waist-hip ratio is generally taken as it offers a more accurate measure.

- After the examination and tests are complete, it is essential that you have a clear conversation with your doctor, and understand how your body is working currently. In case there is a medical problem, make sure that your doctor gives you details about its treatment and cure.

- Don't be afraid to ask questions in case you aren't clear about something. The doctor is there to help you lead a healthy and balanced life.

It helps if you conduct a self-examination of your body at regular intervals. Once a month, conduct a skin examination from head to toe for any abnormal spots, rashes or moles. Consult your doctor on the best way to go about it if necessary.
