Basic problem here is the lack physical activity that is bogging you down. Say, 8 hours a day you spend sitting, 8 hours of sleep still you have 8 hours left all by yourself and can take out just 1 hour to exercise. Secondly, you can take quick breaks 10-15 minutes of activity every 2-3 hours. Several sitting exercises can also be done. Take care of the type of food you take in, as long sitting hours can be monotonous and a few quick samosa's may seem like a welcome change. Hello lybrate-user. There are multiple causes responsible for diminution/ blurring of vision. Let me enumerate them in brief for you: (1) refractive error. This is one of the commonest reasons responsible. Minus or plus number in one eye or both eyes may be responsible for weak/ blurred vision. The solution for this is glasses/ contact lens/ refractive surgery (if applicable). It should be checked by a trained optometrist/ ophthalmologist and proper glasses should be prescribed. (2) cornea related problem: injury, degeneration, infections or inflammation occurring on the cornea tend to causes loss of transparency and lead to weakening of vision. These should be assessed preferably by a cornea specialist and treated appropriately. (3) cataract in the lens of the eye: this usually occurs with increasing age but in some cases may occur at a younger age. There are multiple systemic factors responsible (eg. Diabetes, increased cholesterol levels, etc) injury to the eye may also cause cataract. This should be assessed and treated appropriately by a cataract specialist. (4) retina/ vitreous problems: these occur due to a variety of reasons such as high minus numbers, diabetes, trauma, etc. These issues are best assessed and treated by a retina specialist. There are good quality surgical options available for the same. (5) optic nerve related problems: these may occur due to raised eye pressure (glaucoma), or occur in association with certain conditions related to the brain and the blood vessels. These are best assessed by a retina/ glaucoma specialist (whichever applicable). (6) neurological problems: certain problems in the brain and the central nervous system tend to cause weakening/ blurring of vision. These are best assessed by an eye specialist in concordance with a neurologist and a neurosurgeon if required. Thus, based on the category you fall under, it would be necessary to take appropriate help and treatment. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. For gas formation: Take Natrum Phos. 6x/ 3 times a day after meals.

Increase in the frequency of stools with blood is called as dysentery and weakness with sudden loss of appetite with slightly dryness over the skin with decreased urine output are symptoms suggestive of dehydration and dysentery is usually caused by bacterial infection and if not treated on time it can cause multi organ failure.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly take pantocid dsr twice daily for vomitings

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You must understand that keeping long gaps between meals and eating consequently heavy meals is one of the common reasons for acidity. Eat small frequent meals. Reduce the main meal by a small amount. Avoid oily or fried foods. Avoid taking glassfuls of water while eating foods. Avoid lying down as soon as soon you have eaten. Stress management is crucial too. These tips will help manage sugar levels as well. Avoid tea, coffee, cigarette and alcohol. Take jeera water after meals.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication. High fiber diet a high fiber diet includes more than 25 g of fiber per day. Many hemorrhoidal symptoms reduce when dietary changes are made. Addition of fiber supplements to already existing diet is a good plan. Toilet habit retraining and stool softeners patients should sit on the toilet seat only for the time required to evacuate the lower bowels. Persistent straining or prolonged sitting can lead to increased size of hemorrhoids. Stool softeners can be taken to soften stools if there is hard stools which can cause undue straining while going to toilet. Adequate water intake. Adequate amounts of water can ease the passage of stools.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.
