Dear sir I am in my menstrual cycle since last 9 days. Usually it used to get over on 3 or 4th day. But we had sex on 2nd of menstrual cycle, I had taken contraceptive pill. But today also I am in period I am feeling allot of cramping I do not want any child right now. Today also I am in period Its 9th day for me Is it dangerous? Or will get pregnant?(which I do not want)
I am 26 .I am married for 2 years. We did unprotected sex for 2 years. I did not take any precautions nor did he. Usually he used to bring out his thing at the time of discharge. I m 23 years. Since 2 period cycles I have been experiencing very light bleeding. My periods last fr 2-3 days. I got my periods when I was 14 and ever since it had been v irregular. Lie on your back, knees bent. Take both knees towards your chest using your hands until you feel a mild to moderate stretch, pain-free . Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.
Side Flexion in Standing
Begin standing tall, back straight, hands by your sides. Gently lean to one side, sliding your hand down the outside of your thigh as far as possible pain-free . Repeat 10 times to each side.
