1. It could be due to concentrated urine because of inadequate water intake 2. Take 8-10 glasses water daily 3. If it still persists get your urine examined for re/me, bile salt & bile pigment 4. Consult physician for advice and treatment.

I'm suffering from stone problem. A 0.6mm stone in my kidney. Please tell me what should I do?
1.Make a powdered preparation of equal quantities of the bark of three-leaved caper tree (varun), puncture pine (gokhru), thatch grass (kas) and horse gram (kulthi). Have 1 teaspoon of this powder 3-4 times a day with water. This is one of the best home remedies for kidney stones. 2..Soak 2 teaspoon of radish seeds in a glass of water, boil and reduce it to half. Strain and drink 1/2 cup of it twice a day to assist in dissolving kidney stones. 3..Take 60 grams of kidney beans. Crush these. Boil slowly for four hours in four litres of water. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Then, pour the liquid through another piece of muslin, without stirring. Drink this liquid once daily. 4.. drink plenty of water, limca and lemon soda. 5. take 2 tsf neeri syrup thrice daily 1 hr after meals. 6. follow up after 10 days.

Hello dear lybrate-user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query in details.* The kidney stone is a separate entity than black stool, the dietary precautions of which depends upon the stone biochemical analysis.* Stomach pain with black stools usually indicate bleeding ulcer of stomach or duodenum. Guidelines for this as - Avoid all oily, spicy, non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat, alcohol,smoking.- High fiber diet with plenty of liquids to avoid constipation.- Use bulk forming laxative in case of hard stools, PPI regular intake helps a lot. Hope this will help you for sure. Wishing you fine recovery. Feel free to ask any further doubts. Regards.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Since the patient has diabetes and CKD, it is most essential to control blood glucose levels with in specified limits like FBG < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg, HbA1c% <7 and BP should also be in the normal range. There are enough foods made at home which are good for patients with CKD and diabetes. Food available in market invariably contain very high quantity of salt, hence are no at all good in kidney problems. My advise is please give the home made foods. Thanks.
