General Physician,
Hello Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have frequency with burning micturation due to urethritis secondary to excessive masturbation. You need medications, avoid masturbation till you become all right completely. If you really want to come out of this join my private chat with your previous treatment details.

124 is very high PVRU specially at your age. You possibily seem to have some lower urinary tract obstruction which needs to be diagnosed and treated accordingly. Management for the renal stone would take place side by side.

Hello sir, I am a 36 year old, I am male and I have a problem of stone 16 mm in left kidney. So what should I do?

Hello sir, I am a 36 year old, I am male and I have a problem of stone 16 mm in left kidney. So what should I do?
Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG

There are no medical tips for correct procedure for urination by girls. The only thing to be observed or be careful about is to prevent contamination and infection of urethra by pot or by anal bacteria while washing. Female urethra is small and more vulnerable to UTIs as compared to males. It is always advisable to pause for a moment while commencing to urinate but doing it in pauses is not advisable. Do it slowly with control as fast urination may cause injury to urethra. Never hold urine for very long times. Do regular pelvic exercises to prevent incontinence in old age.

I'm a dialysis patient. Dialysis suddenly stopped after 2 hour yesterday because of low blood pressure it happened previous dialysis also. And I feel too much muscle cramps and shortness of breath. Doctor ask me to increase dry weight during dialysis. I want to know what is the meaning of it?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Your normal weight without any extra fluid in your body is called "dry weight." Extra fluid can be dangerous and cause extra strain on your body, including your heart and lungs. When you have kidney failure, your body depends on dialysis to get rid of the extra fluid and wastes that build up in your body between treatments.

Yes phimosis is a strong possibility or may be tight foreskin or also dryness. Better to have guidance from expert sexologist to enjoy marital/sexual relationships. This can be very easily corrected so stop self diagnosis by internet and find your life by right methods. No shortcuts, move on.
