I was suffering from constant moderate pain in my hip area so I went to the doctor and he told me to do abdomen sonography and it showed that I have kidney stones of 5 mm in mid pole region of my both kidneys so the doctor gave me one month course of medicine and he told me that the stone will pass don't worry. After that, I took the medicines for one month but nothing happened the pain was the same. So I again went to doctor and he told me that possibly the son got shifted in either ureter or bladder so I went for X-ray KUB and it showed that there is no stone in either ureter or bladder I had also taken painkillers but nothing happened even the doctor cannot determine what the actual problem is I had kidney stone problem in past but the pain was different the pain was severe and in the back area. So what is the problem since the stone is in the kidney and I feel pain in my lower region. The pain is because of kidney stones or something else. Please help.

Renal calculi are not just the stone found in the kidney, but it is tendency of stone formation which has to be addressed and the cause behind it is metabolism. Whatever metabolism is disturbed tendency of stone is form of uric acid, oxalic acid and calcium. Homoeopathy towards correcting this metabolism their by curing the tendency of stone formation. IT also works on dissolving the stones, manage acute colic of stone, drink more amount of water so if you want a customized treatment strategy .

I have an abnormal growth in anus. It is not bleeding but very painful. I apply diltiazem gel but it not work properly in all time. It may be piles. How can I recover from it? How much surgery cost?

Please get yourself examined by a doctor to diagnose whether it is fissure, piles, anal tag or something else. It is very dangerous to self medicate without making a diagnosis.

Dear lybrate-user Since you have lupus nephritis your CKD is likely to progress over time. You need regular follow up with your nephrologist to monitor progression and modification of medications with time. Apart from creatinine, potassium you have to target Hb, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, Urine protein and RBCs, and bicarbonate. Dietary precautions are also very important. I hope your concerns have been answered. Regards.

Hi, frequency may be due to increased fluid intake, stress, high blood sugar, prostate swelling, stone etc. Urine test and sonography rules out most of these. Take water upto 2.5 liters per day. Get blood sugar checked. If problem persists consult a urologist or your family doctor.

Hello dear lybrate-user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Fissure issue can be managed conservatively with best results. Even after surgery, fissure can recur at any point of life.* External pile can be under symptomatic control with conservative measures, surgery is the only cure for life time, it will not recur. * Primary guidelines for better recovery Drink plenty of liquids. Prefer soft, light diet with more of green leafy veg, whole grains, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits. Avoid all types of oily, spicy, non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat. Manage to have smooth bowel passage with the help of bulk forming laxativesas Ispaghula husk with lukewarm drinking water. Tab. Ibuprofen (400 mg) after meals for control of pain, burning if no history ofdrug sensitivity. Xylocaine (5 %)jelly application over the anal part gives soothing action. Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools) helps.Avoid long drives, sitting prolong on hard surfaces. Control of blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight. Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
