Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Please avoid all factory made foods including bread, biscuits, white sugar, refined oil, packed milk and all milk products. Minimise intake of wheat and rice based foods. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. To loose weight: step 1-stop taking sugar & fat e. G. Ghee/fried stuff. Step 2 take a plat of salad before meals reduce no. Of chapatti gradually.

Lybrate-user, you have to start with specific exercises intended to reduce your belly fat with following: 1) crunches 2) bicycle exrcise 3) rolling plank exercise 4) lunge twist 5) side to side bending. Along with them include daily routine of jogging, running, swimming and other cardio exercises for 30 minutes for effective weight loss. Follow these exercises with reduced fats and carbohydrates in diet and include more proteins, veggies and fruits. You will definitely see results. Regards,

Weight gain is a metabolic and hormonal problem mostly occurring from faulty lifestyle. So, it should be treated with correct lifestyle. You may even reduce or eliminated your blood pressure problem with a comprehensive lifestyle modification approach. For weight loss - there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. I will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If not enough then consult to get treatment as per metabolic status. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. Do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind.

Hello Sakshi you should avoid all kind of sweets ,fried n oily food items take more fruits n salad n do light exercises it will take some time but beleive me it will give results take light breakfast n after two hours take some fruit ,milk etc small things will give you good results

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi lybrate-user, you have to follow given schedule for 3 months: wake up before 6 am and sleep before 10 pm do vigorous work out for 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr in evening do 15 min breathing practices drink 2-3 liters water take fresh fruits and boiled veg don't apply too much chemicals overface apply tomato, papaya pulp, aloevera gel over your face avoid fried ,oily, spicy food stuffs do not skip meals.
