Mr. Lybrate-user, if blood sugar levels are mentioned, then there is no need for starting any treatment for diabetes, because it is called as pre-diabetes. (fasting above 108 to 125 mg and pp 141 to 199 mg / 100 ml) or also known as impaired glucose tolerance (igt). There is no treatment recommended in this situation. But a strict diet control and regular exercise is a must. Also avoiding alcohol and smoking will help in delaying diabetes. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks for the question.

If you have kidney problem you need nephrology check up and take treatment.
1. Limit the intake of creatine-containing foods
As the above mentioned, creatinine comes from creatine which is found commonly in meat. In view of this, patients should control their meat intake to avoid the extra intake of creatine. Pork, mutton, chicken, and some other types of meat all contain creatine.
2. Develop a low-sodium diet plan
The recommended sodium intake for Nephrotic Syndrome patients ranges from 1,500 to 2,500 mg every day, because extra sodium can worsen these patients’ health condition especially swelling and high blood pressure.
3. Follow a low-protein diet
Protein metabolic waste products are excreted by kidneys, so if patients take in too much protein, kidneys need to work harder to eliminate the waste products that can cause further kidney damage easily. A worsened kidney condition can cause creatinine level to increase.
4. Eat more vegetables and fruits
