It would be ideal for you to replace your white polished rice with brown rice that is low in carbohydrates. • Brown rice is rich in fiber content and low in carbohydrates. • It will make you feel fuller for longer time and hence you will eat less all through the day. • It will also help in regulating body metabolism, bowel movement and is loaded with Vitamin B and E and magnesium.

1. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 2. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 3. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 4.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Your BMI is 29.35.in Overweight category. You can aim to reduce about 15 KGS in next 10-12 months. The best medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. Its usually seen that household diets are full of oil/fried stuff and there's heavy intake of sweets/mithai regularly. One samosa has more calories than one hour walk can burn. So if you don't control your diet. Then Yoga or Walk can't help. Use max 4 teaspoons of oil and sugar per person per day. LimeWater does not create any weight loss. Don't waste time over it. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. How to burn belly fat using this weight loss drink:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 1 apple
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1/4th cup of mixed bell peppers
  4. 1 beetroot
  5. 1 cucumber
  6. 1 tablespoon aloe vera
  7. Juice of half a lemon
  8. A small piece of ginger root
  9. A small piece of turmeric root

We must know what are the guidelines that we need to consider for a safe and healthy weight loss. 

Procedure

  • Take an apple. Peel and deseed it.
  • Take a carrot and peel it followed by a wash.
  • Take the beetroot and cucumber and peel and wash both of them.

My dear first of all please tell me your family history about diabetes or blood pressure. Sudden weight loss is indicate many of dzs. You r now underweight according to your height. Really you r so week. So you take most of protein and carbohydrate. Fish egg paneer banana pulses soyabean grams etc. Seasonally fruits green vegetables salads. Plenty of water. According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rice in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water of rice.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea.
