For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods.

I suggest you opt for Yoga bcoz that's the best way to loose your weight as well as b healthy too/ join for Dance classes / Brisk walk. Choose based on your interest. This is an approach which can disbalance your system. Stomach works 24/7. It is better to eat less frequently than overeat in Eating Window. Better to create balanced approach than such radical approaches, these only work in short term.

Hello lybrate-user, the reason for losing weight may be that you are not able to eat on time. You should eat 5 - 6 times in a day. For breakfast, you can have parathas, cheese sandwiches, poha, upma, idlis. For lunch & dinner, have 3 rotis with rice, dal, vegetable & salad, followed by some sweet dish, ice-cream. In between also when you are doind field work, you should have milkshakes, aloo tikkis, burgers, maggi, groundnuts, other namkeens. Include dry fruits like kaju, kismis, pista, dates in your daily routine for munching in between meals.

Three Kgs in a month is feasible. 30 KGS weight loss needs 10-12 months. Health and wellness is a long term project which needs life long commitment. Avoid crash methods which will take up your time effort and money but will give no results. Change food habits and exercise daily. Consult a dietician.

You have to follow healthy dietary habbits. Maintain a healthy weight, go for exercise. Avoid fried fatty food, junk food, preserved food. Sugar and salt intake should be moderate. Start taking 1 tsp Amla and 1 tsp alovera juice in a cup of water every early morning as it helps in detoxification of the liver and would help in better nutrient absorption. Do some physical activity. Follow healthy breakfast, have fruits, healthy lunch including high fibre like salads and veggies. Follow green tea twice a day. Follow light dinner. Drink plenty of water.

I a 24 year girl and my height is 5 feet and 4 inches. I weigh 75 kg. I also have pcos and presently on medication of birth control pills and metformin. I don't eat sugar or oily food. I do around 50 squats daily in 2 sets of 25 each and 20 push ups in sets of 10. I go for a 20 min brisk walk. I am still not loosing and weight instead only gaining weight. Hello, You should maintain your weight between 64 to 67 kgs and lose those extra kgs. Any drink you take(even the above) will simply help you in detoxification,but it cannot give weight loss all alone. Healthy weight loss is the combination of healthy eating and good exercise routine. The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake.
