U seem to be having acute gastritis. Take antacid tablet. Antiemetic medicine might be helpful. Eat soft diet. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Watch for any fever. Hope this helps u. If required, consult

Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water.

Betnovate usage for so many years has done harm to your skin. Unless needed, it shouldn't be used for such long period of time. You start by taking fresh aloe vera leaves, take out pulp, put a little turmeric and lemon drops. Make a liquid in a mixer. Pour this into ice tray and make ice cubes. Clean your face with one cube in morning and one night. Use a face pack made of- chandan powder+ multani mitti+ rise water+ honey few drops. Apply on face once a day and wait till dry. Then wash with warm water. Scrub your face with a mild scrub every alternate day. Drink 3 liters of water daily and don't step out in sun without a good sunscreen application.

Limit fat to 25%-35% of your total daily calories. Get no more than 7% of your daily calories from saturated fat, 10% or less from polyunsaturated fats, and up to 20% from monounsaturated fats (like plant oils or nuts). Keep carbs to 50%-60% of your daily calories. Aim for 20-30 grams of fiber each day. Allow 15% to 20% of your daily calories for protein. Cap cholesterol at less than 200 milligrams per day. For detailed assessment and plan as per indian diet, take a paid consultation.

Hello! My sleep cycle is not being perfect these days. I am not able to sleep since 3 days. No doubt some things are going on in my brain and they are heavily affecting me. I sometimes cry hard for no reason. I behave pathetic feeling helpless. I throw things here and there and get angry like I don't want anything. You may be in depression and need to take antidepresants Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Dont take water after 8 pm, avoid evening tea/cofee/juice/liquor, wear loose and comfortable garments, protect yourself from cold environment, go to toilet immediately before going to bed. Also find out the usual time for urination during night and set an alarm just before that time to avoid bed wetting. Finally get your blood sugar level and specific gravity of urine checked.

Hi there. Chest pain on drinking water or on eating food warrants thorough examination by a gastoenterologist to rule out any problem in esophagus and stomach or 1st part of small intestine like ulcers. Cardiac problem seems less likely at this age and with these symptoms. Avoid eating oily and spicy foods. See your physician or a gastrologist. Take care.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

Common causes are-- Fever, Abnormal thyroid activity, which causes an increase in metabolism , Prolonged exposure to the sun ,Hot and humid weather ,Obesity.. I would suggest u to - Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday and salads. Avoid processed foods. If overweight, reduce your weight. Exercise daily for 30 min. Get ur sr TSH, liver function tests done. Hope this helps u.
