My girlfriend she is 23 years old nd her books/breast size is very small Me and also she is very tens about the size of boobs. What can we do for increasing size of boobs Pls suggest for increasing size of her boobs.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate-user, kindly note that the mammary glands are composed of only fat. So to increase the size of the breasts fat must get accumulated at the lower part of nipple. She shoul take homoeopathic onosmodium 1m, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. Also she needs to take homoeopathic mother tincture sabal serrulata q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with the aforesaid oral medicines she can massage any breast-developing oil available in market. Remember to massage the oil from downwards to upwards. Start from the lower part of the nipple & massage the oil upwards.

I am 28 year old man. I have lots of strech marks on my body. Can they removed by any cream or lotion completely.

Advanced Aesthetics

Stretch marks can make you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable about your appearance. Fortunately, there are several natural ways to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. 1. Castor Oil Castor oil, which is used in the treatment of a number of skin problems such as wrinkles, age spots, moles, dark spots, fine lines and pimples, can also be used to get rid of stretch marks. 1. Apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Wrap the area with a thin, cotton cloth. Using a hot water bottle or a heating pad, apply some heat to the affected area for at least a half an hour. 3. Repeat this process daily for a minimum of one month to notice positive results. 2. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is effective in the treatment of many skin problems. Its healing and soothing properties can be used to get rid of stretch marks. There are a couple of ways to apply it. You can directly rub aloe vera gel on the affected skin area, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse the skin with lukewarm water. Another option is to make a mixture with one-fourth cup of aloe vera gel, oil from 10 vitamin E capsules and oil from five vitamin A capsules. Rub this mixture onto the skin until fully absorbed. Repeat this process daily.

Symptoms And Treatment Of Genital Warts!

MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy, MBBS
Dermatologist, Gurgaon
Symptoms And Treatment Of Genital Warts!

Soft growth occurring on the genitals are known as Genital Warts. Genital warts are infections that are transmitted through physical intimacy (STI). These are caused by certain behaviours of the human papillomavirus (HPV). These growths on the skin cause discomfort, pain and itching. They are particularly harmful for women since certain types of HPV might also cause cancer of the vulva and cervix. HPV is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. Due to this, sexually active people are most vulnerable to various health complications, including genital warts. Prevention of this infection requires essential protection and treatment.

Symptoms:

Transmission of genital warts occurs through sexual activity. Development of warts occurs several weeks after the infection. Sometimes, it is not possible to view them with the naked eye. The top of the growths might resemble a cauliflower and might feel slightly bumpy or smooth while touching. The person who is infected may have a single wart or a cluster of warts.

In males, the genital warts may appear in the following regions.

  1. Groin
  2. Scrotum
  3. Penis
  4. Thighs
  5. Inside or around the anus

In females, they might occur in:

  1. Cervix
  2. Outside the vagina or anus
  3. Inside the vagina or anus

In a case where the person has had oral sexual contact with the infected person, the genital warts might appear on the mouth, lips, throat or tongue of the person. In case the genital warts are not visible, the other related symptoms include:

  1. Itching
  2. Vaginal Discharge
  3. Bleeding
  4. Burning

Treatment

Even though the genital warts disappear with time, it is not possible to eliminate the virus once it is in the bloodstream. This would result in several outbreaks during the entire course of life. This is a vital reason why the symptoms should be managed so that transmission of the disease is prevented. Treatment is possible only for relieving symptoms that are painful or for minimizing their appearance. Some topical wart treatments prescribed by the doctor may include:

  1. Podofilox and Podophyllin (Condylox)
  2. Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA)
  3. Imiquimod (Aldara)

Some surgeries that the physician might conduct to remove genital warts that do not disappear with time include:

  1. Interferon injections
  2. Laser treatments
  3. Cryosurgery, or freezing warts
  4. Electrocautery, or burning warts with electric currents
  5. Excision, or cutting off warts

Periodic Pap smears after the initial treatment is recommended for women with genital warts to monitor changes in the cervix.

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

I am interested sex vedios, anytime think this topic,so hormone come out so coming pimples please tell me solution .

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am interested sex vedios, anytime think this topic,so hormone come out so coming pimples please tell me solution .
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Different methods which of Hair transplantation

Hi this is Dr. Vikas Panthri. We will talk on the topic of Hair transplant. Let's divide this topic into three parts.

  • The preoperative management.
  • The operation procedure, and
  • The postoperative management of a patient.

In this video we should talk about the pre-operative management of the patient. The patient is first called for physical consultation. Therein we understand the grievances of the patient. His needs, his medical history, his genetic history or the genetic precursors patterns of hair loss and thereby we decide the hairline on the head of the patient. Discuss with him in which direction we are going to give the hair. What is the pattern of hairline you want to give on him? After that we do his medical fitness in the form of blood test and physical examination. After the blood test succeeds and physical examination is absolutely fit. We call the patient one day prior to the surgery. We give him the patch test of the local anesthesia which is to be administered during the time of the surgery.

The patch test is given on to the forearm prior to the day of the surgery. Just to see whether the patient is allergic to the local anesthetic or not. Update give the patient Betadine scrub to wash his head one night prior. And on the day of the surgery so that his head is infection free prior to the surgery. The patient is asked to refrain from smoking at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the surgery. In the next videos we shall talk about operative and postoperative management.

In case if you need to consult me and any of your queries regarding hair transplant or hair loss you can consult me on lybrate.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2 times a week on the area.

Have an unclear face since two months with red spots nd fine acne on and around my nose.
Acne or pimples is a common skin condition frequently seen in young individuals during teenage and youth years. This occurs mainly due to the action of hormones on the oil glands in the skin. The draining ducts of the oil glands get blocked and hence they are not able to drain the oil secretion. The oil and cells inside the blocked gland form a perfect environment for the growth of Propionibacterium acnes (the organism responsible for acne). Thus, it results in the formation of pimples or acne. Acne usually occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders and neck. It is one of the most common skin conditions. Although acne is not a serious threat to the health, yet it can lead to scarring and disfigurement of the face that can have a significant impact on the patient. Acne is a dynamic conditions triggered by multiple factors such as hormones, food, climate, irregular lifestyle and stress. The homeopathic medicines for acne or pimples are chosen on the basis of the underlying causes and factors which lead to or increases acne. There are about 20 most common medicines to choose from, for acne. you can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Say no to chemical treatment of hair. Chemical treatments like relaxers do make curly hair look longer, though they drastically slow down the growth of men’s hair.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem without adverse effects. The medicine tackles the root cause of the problem, acts internally and gradually expels the toxins from the body. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.
