I am 52 years of age and doing job. I am suffering with anxiety disorder. It is partly genetic. And over reaction in any situation and became most un control eagerness (maaro ya maro wali / kill and die ). I am also a most emotional person. Future worried. Please Prescribe me tablet which is suitable for me. After taking tablet I can do my jab? un- nessary need nahi aani chahiye. I donot take any type of nashaa. I am adiabatic patient controlled by medicines.

If child is active then common reasons for not sleeping at night is either child is hungry or wants to play which is normal habit. A child does not sleep in night like adults.

Take care of your diet. Excess of any kind of food is bad. More over milk should be taken at least 2 hours after meals with sour and salt contents. Take hot water. It may help in your digestion.

If you are a strict vegetarian and not taking milk or its product very regularly then it could be just due to vit b deficiency. You can take 15 days course of vit b. Even then if its not cured then you need homoeopathic medicines to get rid of it

Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing, like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash.

I have so much fat in belly area. Some doctors ask me to do walking every day. Some gave me a food chart. But I can't see any effect since 2 month. Hello, Any capsule or far burner will just make you dehydrated, leading to a temporary weight loss. And not to mention some potential side effects. You need to be determined and follow a disciplinary eating habits and exercise. There is no short cut to weight loss.

I think a couple of my teeth look like they have cavity. A small black spot which is almost negligible though. Is there any way to heal them without going to a dentist clinic

Hello, As you said , some of your teeth have cavity. Teeth with cavity can be restored easily with suitable filling material. . But for that you need to visit your dentist. But once you leave that cavity as it is, you may have pain and sensitivity in the future. So to avoid all such complications you should immediately get you teeth restored.

To remain healthy and fit, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi). 3. Fats: required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (ldl) and heartproblems (a) major fats sources: egg yolk (yellow portion), avocados, whole milk, butter, cheese, nuts. (b) other fats sources: corn, vegetable/olive oil, biscuits, flaxseeds (san beej). 4. Vitamins and minerals: critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: it helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: a measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2, 000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times in nut-shell, think good, eat good, sleep good andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.

No medication is very effective for obesity. It is better to consult a physician for your weight problem. As there are lots of factor which can increase weight, for example many hormonal problems can also increase weight. Some times even the medication taken for migraine can also increase the weight.

I don't think their is any medicine to help you.is problem in other family members.restarted or continued since small childhood. any how you can try some easy way... drink less water after 6pm special in winters.less amount of milk curd,fruits juices and fruits.no cold drinks or hot drinks like coffee tea beverages.all these items increases urine output.

Yes antipyretic ie fever lowering medicine can be taken with antibiotics . Some rare allergic reaction to ibuprofen are skin rashes, itching, swelling of the face, lips, mouth or have problems breathing, like a tight chest or shortness of breath. Hope this helps u

I have been getting milky discharge from both my breasts for the past 3 days. I am a pcod patient. I recently had an ivf which failed. After that I had a bleeding for few days. After which I am having this discharge. I am right now having thyronorm 25 mcg and folic acid. I had recently started taking a teaspoonful of cinnamon powder with hot water. please help. You must have done all hormonal levels prolactin was done it it is raised then you have to take the medicines for that. If it is raised you will not form the egg and not concieve.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
