Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
