Dear doctor, I can hear threatening conversations always throughout the day. Nobody is coming to me and speaking to me. I can threatening speech throughout the day in a whispering voice. Apply uvturn sunscreen daily after bath apply cetaphil moisturizer daily 3-4 times aday, for dark spot apply carofit max cream at night.

THE PLANTAR-FLEXORS

These muscles are powerful as they propel the body forwards and help to stabilize the foot and ankle.    With the exception of Soles they all work across more than one joint, and because of this, the Long Flexors of the toes are most capable in this capacity when the metatarsophalangeal joint is extended.     

The gastrocnemius is most efficient when the knee is extended, while the function of Soles is mainly postural to ready the leg on the foot. 

Tibialis Anterior is primarily an inverter and supports the longitudinal arch of the foot, but it can assist dorsiflexion. 

Assisted Exercise for the Plantar-flexors – With the patient inside lying, manual assistance is given by the physiotherapist. 

Examples of free exercises for the plantar-flexors:

Non-weight-bearing:

  • Long sitting or half sitting (heals free); Toe pointing, alternately. 
  • Prone lying (Feet over the end of plinth); Toe pointing, alternately.
  • Sitting; heel raising

Weight-bearing:

  • Half standing; one heel raising·
  • Reaches grasp high standing; heel raising and slowly lowering
  • Standing; bob jump, hopping or dancing steps.

Resisted Exercise for the Plantar flexors,  

Manual resistance can be offered to the muscles with the patient in positions such as long sitting or prone long(with knees bend), care being taken to see that resistance is given on a sufficient area of the sole to avoid straining the intertarsal Joints and plantar structures.    

The action of the Long Flexors can be localized by fixing the ankle joint in dorsiflexion and resisting the toes. Mechanical and auto-resistance is given by a treadle machine or it can be arranged thus- Suitable activities induce walking, running, jumping, balance walk sideways or up to an incline, cycling and rowing.   

THE INVERTORS

These muscles rotate the foot inwards, chiefly at the transverse. Tarsal and subdeltoid joints, and maintain the longitudinal arch of the foot, in addition to assisting movements of the ankle joint. 

Assisted Exercise for the Investors, With the patient in a long sitting or half lying, the physiotherapist gives manual assistance by fixing with one hand above the ankle and the other grasping around the heel with the sole of the foot resting on the forearm,  Movement then occurs around a vertical  axis and gravity is eliminated.   

Alternatively, a swing board can be used by the patient,the slope of the board on which the foot rests being altered by pulling on the ropes.

Hello sir Past 2-3 days I got some realistic type of dreams related to my life. I can't remember it properly but it make me dull in mentally. And I feel like very disturbed and tensed. I can't concentrate on my study due to this. I have not experienced before this type of situation, it was first time. And one more thing , At one night dreams comes 3-4 times continuously one by one. You report of having dreams almost 3-4 times every night. Also you admit remembering them vividly in your short span of sleep. This itself suggests your lack of restful and relaxing sleep. A tense and anxious mind with a burden of sleep lag would eventually land up having more of rem sleep, causing dreams to be remembered. I would advise you you have 7-8 hours of restful sleep daily. For relaxation you may try deep breathing exercises, yoga or meditation too.

If you need natural remedy, 1. Try putting yogurt on your hair for sometime before washing. 2. Henna helps in hair to become soft and smooth. Other than this, use a nice shampoo and conditioner like dove or pantene (that is made for dry hair) use a hair serum. Give steam to your hair at times by wrapping a hot towel.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Either switch to homeopathy or take homeopathy in conjunction with the allopathy you are taking. Take homeo crot horr 30 - 6 drops in tblspnfl water 3 hourly and your bleeding will cease. For full remission contact Dr. J tikari.

If it is a nightmare, it has something to do with fear. You will need to meet with a dream analyst and explain the contents and emotions of your dreams. That person will then help to interpret these dreams to give you an understanding for your life. To reduce or discontinue these nightmares you will need to have your dinner early, make it a light one, check your acid reflex, deal with your stress, and sleep on yoru left ear only.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.
