Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello lybrate-user brown rice has more nutritional value because it is generally fortified. If you look behind a pack of india gate brown rice, you will notice that brown rice has a lower glycemic index than white boiled rice. What is glycemic index you may want to know? well, glycemic index in simple terms mean how much effect will a particular food with a particular glycemic index have on your blood sugar level. Apart from a lower glycemic index, brown rice is also rich in fibre. Fibre keeps the intestines working smoothly. Also, the carbohydrates obtained from brown rice are less likely to be stored as body fat as compared to white rice.

Only from diet you can not reduce your weight. Both things (workout and dieting) are important for reducing your weight in this obesity stage. Early in the morning take warm water with honey and lemon. Take high fibre diet. 45min proper workout you should take. Maximum intake of green tea.

Take a glass of milk and banana daily also include chicken 250-400 gm daily/4 eggs/dry fruits also morning walk and meditation is must. Get back to me after 4 weeks with the body weight thanks.

OSTEOPOROSIS

From middle age many women are affected by a disorder called osteoporosis. This is essentially a mineral deficiency disorder.During and after menopause, there is a significant and continuing deficiency in calcium replacement which must in many cases be supplemented with calcium tablets on a regular basis. As a consequence of calcium deficiency, there is a weakening of bone structure resulting in a slow but progressive reduction in bone height. This in turn allows the postures of those affected to become extremely rounded, especially in the mid or thoracic part of the spine.In persons affected by this disorder there are risks of fractures occurring without any significant forces being applied to the bones of the vertebrae. Research conducted at the Mayo Clinic in the United States has demonstrated that extension exercises performed regularly  had significantly reduced the number of compression fractures in the group exercising in this manner. A similar group exercising differently and a group not exercising at all had significantly more fractures when examined at least one year later. This study suggests that women from perhaps the age of forty onward should practice this exercise as described on a regular basis.My own recommendation would be that the exercise should be performed fifteen to twenty times, four or five times per week. If you are uncertain regarding this advice, discuss the matter with your doctor before commencing the programme. Should you have difficulties with the exercises for one reason or another, you should consult a manipulative therapist who will show you means of modifying the exercise without necessarily reducing its effectiveness.The muscles strengthened by performing the exercises recommended by the Mayo Clinic study are also the muscles responsible for holding you upright, and it is probable that maintaining good posture at all times will assist in the strengthening process. This may also reduce the likelihood of small fractures occurring.

Hi lybrate-user sure, firstly you have to make sure you are avoiding junk, oily and processed food. Secondly for weight reduction start alternative fruit fasting. Means you have to eat seasonal fruit everyday, juices and water an no other thing and the other alternative day eat normal food. Try not to eat anything after sunset. If its not possible than dinner should not be later than 8: 00 pm. Start doing surya namsaskar daily and make it your daily habit of doing it, in morning empty stomach. For diabetes start eating fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in mornin. Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed in water in night and eat it in morning after surya namaskar. Eat for 90 days for permanent cure. Avoid sugar, eat khaand, mishri and gurh in place of it. Walk for 1 hour daily.

For you want to gain weight, then it is very important that you do it right. Binging on soda and donuts may help you gain weight, but it can destroy your health at the same time. If you are underweight, then you want to gain a balanced amount of muscle mass and subcutaneous fat, not a bunch of unhealthy belly fat. Therefore, it is absolutely very important to eat mostly healthy foods even if you are trying to gain weight. Here are food groups and few tips to gain weight, follow this - * You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. * Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. *High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs,  many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. * In order to gain weight, eat at least 5 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat, carbs and protein. * Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. * Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Get enough sleep. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours. If possible take afternoon nap for half an hour. For better results and daily diet plan consult me privately. Take care.

Put pillows under your both knees and press on the pillows do it 10 to 15 times then do it regular basis for one month. Also take calcium tab once daily in between meals and vit D 3 sachet once a week for one month.
