Avoid ointment if you want to get rid this pain do wax therapy and ultrasonic therapy for few days other wise ointment is volini, dyanaper gel.

Dear madam do not panic anxity depression leads to sleeplessnes. So try to avoid mental tensions and and try to be mentally peace. Read motivational books inspiring stories. Develop possitve attitude and do exersize in evenin one hour. And bed room must be dark and pleasent. Avoid coffee tea in evening. Avoid watching tv in evenings. God bless you.

I am not able to sleep from long time. I not remember when I slept. It affects my memory and other things like mood and all. Not feeling fresh on work and will hyper on small things. Can you suggest me what should I do to have good sleep? I am terribly upset because of this problem.

Your disturbed sleep is a consequence of your erratic lifestyle. So rather than going for a quick fix solution, why not work on the root problem and enjoy good health as well as sleep. You simply have to work upon the basics and do some minor corrections. Follow a few simple steps and you will bounce back with freshness and stamina naturally. So begin with exercise everyday. Learn yoga ( Including pranayama and meditation ) as it can correct the system and bring a natural balance without much effort. Spend at least one hour daily for your personal health and exercise. Eat only healthy food and avoid all processed food. Have fruits and vegetables on a daily basis as they contain lots of fibre and nutrients. These will energise your body everyday. Sleep is a natural phenomenon and you don't have to struggle for it. Once your exercise pattern and eating habit is transformed, you will get good sleep automatically. So have patience. If you are not getting sleep, utilise that time to read something good rather than worry about unnecessary things. Keep the mind peaceful and pleasant by doing pleasant things. Do not indulge in negative thoughts and emotions. Involve yourself in something good ( any hobby ) or do some social service. Once your mind is trained to see the things with the right prospective, you will not react to everything in haste. You would be patient during any situation only respond in a realistic and healthy way.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?
