According to your given hight & weight your bmi is very good. & weight is also very good. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I m giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Why am I not losing weight? (weight loss tips inside)

Many of my clients when first consults with me, they ask this question' despite trying so many strategies, why I am not losing weight?

When I ask them about their efforts, they share:

  • I did the gm diet for a month
  • I took herbal life shake for three months
  • I went on fruits and liquid diet
  • I do gym every day!

Ok, wait! any sensible approach? this is usually my reaction to that.

'so did I do any wrong?' they ask me suspiciously.

Of course, by following above methods you are hampering your metabolism and pushing yourself to many essential nutrient deficiencies. Every second day I get cases of low iron, vitamin b12, calcium, low muscle mass and a high percentage of fat.

Do we have any way to lose weight and not feel tired and dull whole day?

Yes, there is.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet and eating a variety of food is the only way to get long lasting weight loss result. By eating right, you can improve your metabolism and nourish your body so that you don't fall for a metabolic disorder like diabetes, thyroid, PCOD, heart disease etc. I have helped hundreds of clients every month to give them a long lasting healthy weight loss.

Few tips to get you started on your weight loss journey:

  • Have filling breakfast which consists of cereal (complex carbohydrate), a protein source (egg/ beans/ milk and milk product) and vitamin and mineral source (fruit/ vegetables).
  • Have in between snacking of fruits and nuts.
  • Have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  • Have good fats e. G. Almonds/ walnuts/ flax seeds/ avocado/ pumpkin seeds/ coconut etc.
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories (soft drinks).
  • Avoid bakery products.

How much weight loss you have done? if it more than 5 kg with in 2 months than we have to think some other causes. Weight loss can be due to stress or some infection also. For this you can have investigations done like cbc, esr, widal. These are the basic tests and send me the results on private questions. Eat light and bland diet for sometime. Avoid sweets, spicy food and avoid outside food. Drink homemade juices and shakes more. Avoid uncooked sugars.

Breast size will increase as she has to breast feed. You can't reduce that. It is needed. The fats are meant to help in milk production and her immunity. The breast will get back to the normal size once feeding starts reducing.

Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

मोटापा कम करने के छोटे-छोटे दादी माँ के नुस्खे:

अपनी पसंदीदा रेसेपी को ना कहने से लेकर, सुबह जिम तक जाने की जहमत उठाने के लिए तैयार हैं आप। मोटापा कम करने के लिए आपने अपनी पूरी दिनचर्या को बंदिशों में बांध दिया है।आप अक्सर सोचते होंगे कि आप एक्सरसाइज भी काफी करते हैं, डाइटिंग पर भी अक्सर रहते ही हैं, फिर भी वजन कम नहीं हो रहा।
मोटापा कम करने के लिए छोटी-छोटी बातों का खास खयाल रखने से आप काफी हद तक अपना वजन नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं।

आइये हम आपको मोटापा घटाने के कुछ ऐसे छोटे-छोटे नुस्खों के बारे में बतायें, जो बेहद ही आसान हैं:
खाने का तरीका
मोटापा घटाने के लिए अपने आहार पर तो हम सभी ध्यान देते हैं, लेकिन आहार के सेवन का क्या तरीका है, इस बात को हम महत्व नहीं देते। खाने का सही तरीका है पहले सलाद व सब्जि़यां, उसके बाद दिन का या रात का खाना खायें। स्नै‍क्स को ऐसे स्थान पर ना रखें, जहां पर आपकी नज़र बार-बार पड़े।

प्रोटीन का सेवन
सुबह के नाश्ते में प्रोटीन का सेवन करें। दूध प्रोटीन का अच्छा स्रोत है, तो सुबह उठते ही एक गिलास दूध पीयें। प्रोटीन के सेवन के बाद आप स्नैक्स ले सकते हैं|
व्यायाम भी ज़रूरी है
व्यायाम को अपनी जीवनशैली का हिस्सा बनायें। सुबह हो या शाम, कुछ समय व्यायाम को ज़रूर दें। ज़रूरी नहीं कि आप घंटों व्यायाम करें, आधे घंटे का व्यायाम भी बहुत है। अगर आपको साइक्लिंग का, खेलने का या नाचने का शौक है, तो यह आपके लिए और भी अच्छा है।

फ्रूट जूस नहीं, फल
खाना मोटापा कम करने में मददगार होता है। आमतौर पर लोग बाजार में मिलने वाले पैक्ट जूस पीते हैं जिससे मौजूद कृत्रिम मीठा वजन घटाता नहीं बढ़ा देता है। आप केवल फूट जूस की जगह फल खाकर अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं।

दही खाएं
दही खाने से भी वजन कम हो सकता है। ज्यादा दही खाने वालों का वजन तेजी से घटता है या कम बढ़ता है। दही में कैल्शियम और प्रोटीन फैट को कम करने में सहायक होता है, लेकिन दही या तो टोंड या स्किम्ड मिल्क की हो या फिर दूध की मलाई उतार कर जमाएं। दही रात को न खाएं। सुबह या लंच में बेहतर रहता है।

पर्याप्त नींद लें
नींद पूरी होना बहुत जरूरी है। हाल ही में नींद के संबंध में आई एक स्टडी के अनुसार कम सोने से मोटापा बढ़ाने वाले जीन प्रोत्साहित होते हैं। नौ घंटे सोने वालों के मोटापे के जीन सो जाते हैं

Hi The single most important nutrient for gaining healthy weight is Protein Eat protein to gain muscle. If your goal is to put on muscle mass, then you need to be eating protein-rich foods on a regular basis. Add calorie-dense foods to your meals. Try to take frequent meal (3 major & 3-4 small meal/snacks). If you are non vegetarian, you can take chicken, fish/ egg. Try to avoid red meat and take healthy snacks. Don’t drink water before meal. Do not forget to take sufficient water. Regular work out as you are doing.

Avoid beetroot in that and have that before 3 hrs of bed. Also start taking honey and lemon water to start your day. Follow a low calorie and 60gms protein diet chart. Also start taking a plate of salad before 20 mins of your lunch. Consult privately for detailed diet chart with me.

My dear first of all please tell me your family history about diabetes or blood pressure. Sudden weight loss is indicate many of dzs. You r now underweight according to your height. Really you r so week. So you take most of protein and carbohydrate. Fish egg paneer banana pulses soyabean grams etc. Seasonally fruits green vegetables salads. Plenty of water. Morning walk or yoga will also help you. God bless you.

Hi lybrate-user focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind.

Many people do desk job and this alone is not the reason for excess wt. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
