You are not losing weight even though there is exercise and nutrition in your regime, then your diet and exercise needs to be re looked at. There can be other reason as well like Hormone issues like thyroid, insulin. Vitamins like D3 and B12. You may have a slow metabolism. If you want some details then you have to give more information on your diet and exercise and check your parameters mentioned above. Nevertheless some highlights on how to maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

Hi lybrate-user U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken, soya. And you avoid high carbohydrate food. Exm chapati, rice, bread. U take some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. 1 Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch 1 Cytofresh tab after breakfast 1 Micrifruit tab after breakfast.

I was border line diabetic. Open heart surgery done 11 years back. Was on anti cholesterol med. Suddenly, it's about a year now, I became anti diabetic, meaning acute hypo glycemic, meaning need to eat sugar time and again, as sugar lowers to 60 at times, resulting in over weight. Suggest.

I have a job in software company. Earlier it was stressful job but last 4.5 years it is not. Have a tendency to increase weight. Current weight is increased from 75 to 82. I daily do stretch exercise with 50 push-ups to increase the strength of muscles. Started jogging but back pain started hence stopped. I am a vegetarian and love to eat home food. Hi lybrate-usertips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. You reduce your weight approximately 50 to 55 kg. Some points for weight loss:- 1) Eat lots of protein 2) avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice 3) drink water a half hour before meals 4) Eat soluble fiber rich foods 5) drink coffee or tea 6) Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods 7) take quality sleep.

Non-Surgical Ultrasonic Liposuction - Excess Fat Removal

Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery that utilizes a suction technique to facilitate the removal of fat from the body. Usually, the process involves insertion of cannula which are essentially thin, small and blunt tubes into the skin and is connected to an aspirator (suction device). Being an outpatient procedure, liposuction does not require an overnight stay at the hospital. Usually local anaesthesia is administered unless the amount of fat that needs to be worked on is large. Liposuction is a procedure that is purely aesthetic in nature and reduction of weight is not main objective.

There are many techniques which are utilized in liposuction procedures. One such technique is discussed below:
Ultrasound-assisted Liposuction:

In this method, a special cannula, which transmits ultrasound waves throughout the body, is used. These ultrasonic vibrations are capable of bursting the walls of the fat cells and liquefying or emulsifying the affected fat. This makes it easier for the fat to be suctioned out of the body using the cannula. The UAL is more effective when it is focussed on the more fibrous areas such as the breast areas of males or upper back regions. However, UAL takes longer time duration than the traditional method of liposuction. Loss of blood while opting for this mode of liposuction is also comparatively less. A risk of using ultrasonic liposuction technique is the formation of seromas. These are pockets of fluid which would need to be extracted later using a needle. It is mandatory that suction-assisted liposuction be performed after ultrasonic liposuction so that the liquefied fat is removed or additional fat cells to create needed volumes for high definition liposuction are inserted. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Following tips can be useful for u- # always eat less than your appetite. Leave eating before satire. If you are eating one or two plateful than reduce it to three fourth. # take small frequent meals. # drink water natural fruit juice buttermilk thin without adding sugar or salt. # don't take afternoon nap. # warm water with pinch of cinnamon powder half lemon when taken every morning increases your metabolism # avoid food material in white colour like salt sugar refined flour - maida, butter and other milk products also bakery items. # do exercise at least for 45 mins daily # avoid roti in all forms. Reduce it 1 -1 thin roti in lunch and dinner with plenty of raw vegetables fruits and liquids. Follow these for weight loss and to increase height do pull ups for 20 times every morning. Drink milk daily.

I am 51 year old, type -2 diabetic person for 5 years, loosing weight day by day .I take precaution for having healthy diet daily, and having some light meal after two hours. But my sugar does not control after precaution. I take medicine - diapride M2, & metformin daily trice time. Doctor warn me to have insulin in future. My body pain as I feel weakness, even pain in leg bone. I take calcium tab daily. My sugar is 200-300 after medicine. Pl suggest me as I am in depression.

Don't panic or stress yourself. Diabetes is nothing, just a lifestyle disorder. As you stress yourself it get worse. To take over it, first thing you need to control is your breath. More oxygen will help you to control over your thoughts and negative feeling. Practice deep breath 5-6 times per day (20 cycles. While inhaling your stomach should fill like a balloon. Hold for 2 sec and exhale normally. Add liquid magnesium in your drinking water. (28 drops per day) Do Sesame oil massage of (20 minutes) your tummy. Do it in circular motion and gradually increase the circle size.

He is very good in physic 2 years ago. Since he is promoted in office he is coming late to home because of office meetings & everyday he is getting fatty now his waist touches 36. Which is 32 2 years ago. He is very choose in eating he eats very less & also not using lift but uses stairs almost. Dring lemon a lot. Nothing is working any what to do now.

If you want to help him, you can. Please see that only lemon will not do. On the other hand congratulations that he is having desire to keep wt under control. That's why he is using stairs and eats less. His metabolism needs to be corrected. Take following steps: 1. Cleanse gut - taruni kusumakar kusumakar churna 1/2 tsp at night with warm water. It's a mild purgative. Will settle in 1-2 days. So start on the eve of holiday. 2. Deepan and pachan- may give agnitundi vati 1 bid, chitrakadi 2 bid, tab liv 52 ds 1 bid. 3. Medohar guggul- 2 bid 4. Kumaryasava- helps in digestion n metabolism. 15 ml + equal water after meals twice a day. All medicines with warm water. Lots of water (little hot) to be sipped whenever he gets time. Ask him to do so deep breathing esp kapal bhati. Start from 3 minutes in the morning if possible or 1/2 - 1 hr before dinner. Raise to 10 minutes in a week or so. If can have walks for 30- 45 minutes, its good. Otherwise walk within house/ flat itself as much he can do for 4 weeks and report. It will continue but you have to ask and report every 4 weeks for any change in directions. Say him to avoid tea coffee in office or take green tea or hot water sips. Nobody minds. I know. Avoid sugar in tea. Avoid sweets, heavy oily food. Serve him only green salad at night every alternative day. If feels hungry, roasted gram seeds may be given. Keep these with him in office bag. Amused? it will work. Itch of eating should be satisfied this way. My experience has been wonderful like this. Best wishes.

Pet Ka Motaapa Kam Karane Ke Upaay - पेट का मोटापा कम करने के उपाय

ज्यादा समय तक एक ही जगह बैठे रहने, अनियमित दिनचर्या का हमारी हेल्थ पर काफी बुरा असर पड़ता है। पर ऐसी गलत रूटीन का सबसे पहले और सबसे ज्यादा दुष्प्रभाव पड़ता है हमारे पेट पर। शुरुआती समय में तो हम आलस की चपेट में आते हैं। और हमें ये आदतें बहुत भाती हैं, पर धीरे-धीरे इन आदतों का असर हमारे शरीर और उसपर भी सबसे पहले पेट पर नजर आने लगता है, पूरी शरीर भारी लगने लगती है। कुछ समय बाद काम करना तो दूर उठना-बैठना मुहाल हो जाता है। और अंत में ऐसी स्थिति होती है कि हम चाहें भी खुद के मोटापे पर काबू पाने की तो भी हमारा शरीर जबाब दे जाता है। और हाँ मोटापा सिर्फ दिखने में ही भद्दा नही लगता बल्कि यह अपने साथ तरह-तरह की बीमारियां भी लाता है।
भारत में मोटे लोगों की तादाद तेजी से बढ़ रही है। आज करीब 4 करोड़ 10 लाख ऐसे लोग भारत में मौजूद हैं, जिनका वजन सामान्य से कहीं ज्यादा है। अधिकांश लोग शुरुआत में मोटापा बढ़ने पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं, लेकिन जब मोटापा बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाता है तो उसे घटाने के लिए घंटों पसीना बहाते रहते हैं। और शरीर के बाकी हिस्सों की चर्बी कम हो भी जाती है पर पेट की चर्बी पर काबू पाना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है।

पेट बढ़ने की वजह 
मेटाबॉलिज्म के स्लो डाउन होने की सबसे बड़ी वजह होती है आप खाना तो पूरा खा रहे हैं, लेकिन वर्कआउट नहीं कर रहे हैं, इसके अलावा हमारी 8 घंटे नींद का पूरा ना होना भी पेट का फैट बढ़ाता है। रात की नींद अगर पूरी नहीं होगी तो आपका खाना डाइजेस्ट नहीं होगा तो आप का मेटाबॉलिज्म धीरे-धीरे स्लो होता जाएगा।

मोटापा घटाने के लिए खान-पान में सुधार जरूरी है। कुछ प्राकृतिक चीजें और कुछ आदतें ऐसी हैं, जिन्हें अपनाने से बेडौल पेट को सुडौल बनाया जा सकता है और जो अभी फिट हैं वे इन नुस्खों की मदद से अपनी मेंटेनेंस को बरकरार रख सकते हैं।

1. खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी नहीं 
सबसे पहले तो ध्यान रखने वाली बात यह है कि खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी न पीयें, बल्कि खाने के एक से डेढ़ घंटे के अंतराल पर पानी पीयें।
2. कार्बोहाइड्रेट से बचें
ज्यादा कार्बोहाइड्रेट वाली वस्तुओं से परहेज करें। शक्कर, आलू और चावल में अधिक कार्बोहाइड्रेट होता है। ये चर्बी बढ़ाते हैं।
3. मिश्रित आटा
केवल गेहूं के आटे की रोटी की बजाए गेहूं, सोयाबीन और चने के मिश्रित आटे की रोटी ज्यादा फायदेमंद है।
4. पत्ता गोभी
रोज पत्तागोभी का जूस पिएं। पत्तागोभी में चर्बी घटाने के गुण होते हैं। इससे शरीर का मेटाबॉलिज्म सही रहता है।
5. पपीता 
पपीता नियमित रूप से खाएं। यह हर सीजन में मिल जाता है। लंबे समय तक पपीता के सेवन से कमर की अतिरिक्त चर्बी कम होती है।
6. दही 
दही का सेवन करने से शरीर की फालतू चर्बी घट जाती है। छाछ का भी सेवन दिन में दो-तीन बार करें।
7. मिर्च
मोटापा कम नहीं हो रहा हो तो खाने में कटी हुई हरी मिर्च या काली मिर्च को शामिल करके बढ़ते वजन पर काबू पाया जा सकता है। एक रिसर्च में पाया गया कि वजन कम करने का सबसे बेहतरीन तरीका मिर्च खाना है। मिर्च में पाए जाने वाले तत्व कैप्साइसिन से भूख कम होती है। इससे ऊर्जा की खपत भी बढ़ जाती है, जिससे वजन कंट्रोल में रहता है।
8. अजवाइन
अपनी डाइट में अजवाइन की पत्तियों को शामिल कर लीजिए। अजवाइन की पत्ती के सेवन से पेट की चर्बी कम होती है। बेहद कम कैलोरी, फाइबर युक्त, कैल्शियम और विटामिन सी का प्रमुख माध्यम होने की वजह से ये बेली फैट कम करने में एक असरकारक चीज है। खाने के पहले अजवाइन का पानी पीने से पाचन तंत्र सही रहता है
9. पुदीना
एक चम्मच पुदीना रस को 2 चम्मच शहद में मिलाकर लेते रहने से मोटापा कम होता है।
10. सब्जी और फल 
सब्जियों और फलों में कैलोरी कम होती है, इसलिए इनका सेवन अधिक मात्रा में करें। केला और चीकू न खाएं। इनसे मोटापा बढ़ता है। पुदीने की चाय बनाकर पीने से मोटापा कम होता है।

खाने के साथ टमाटर और प्याज का सलाद काली मिर्च व नमक डालकर खाएं। इनसे शरीर को विटामिन सी, विटामिन ए, विटामिन के, आयरन, पोटैशियम, लाइकोपीन और ल्यूटिन मिलेेगा। इन्हें खाने के बाद खाने से पेट जल्दी भर जाएगा और वजन नियंत्रित हो जाएगा।

13. साइक्लिंग
पेट की चर्बी कम करने के लिए साइक्लिंग करना फायदेमंद है।  टहलना सेहत के लिए फायदेमंद है।

लिफ्ट की जगह सीढ़ियों का प्रयोग करें।

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Hi lybrate-user yes you can take lemon water but this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.
