For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

You need yo consume low calorie but nutrient dense food. Increase your fibre consumption. Take small meals in frequent intervals. Drink plenty of water. Drink water 1 hr after meal. Increase your fruit intake. Chew food properly before swallowing. Have a positive attitude towards life. Reduce stress and have sleep of 8hrs in a whole day. Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, junk foods, soft drinks, sweet dates, sapota, sugarcane.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

Hi. I am a 31 old female not married. My body weight is around 65 kg. The major weight goes to my lower abdomen hips buttocks and thighs. In contrast, my hands face are too thin. Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Cinnamon Tea - Directions for its use: Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day. OR -- Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach. For pimples: Apply some apple cider vinegar: Directions for use: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. -cut down your diet by 25%. -work out for 45 minutes and increase it 60 minutes later. -you may join a gym 3 days a week and do yoga (surya namaskar specially) on the other three days and take one day break. -eat protein if you work out. -yoga will keep your body from getting stiff with gym work out. - do cardio exercises more to loose more.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk.
