Look your too much overweight and basically its your water metabolism is disturbed due hormonal imbalance thanx to pituitary involvement as basically vasopressin is secreted by it which regulate urine output and water balance just opt for good homeopathic rx to c results bcz workout and supplement will shell only your money and water from body but will not correct the disturbed metabolism you need medicine for it hope it helps.

For your height your weight should be 65 kgs Here are few tips that will help you with your weight 1.start some form of exercise - can be as simple as walking and pranayam 2.eat small frequent meals at gap of 2-3 hrs 3.drink atleast 3ltrs of water/day. 4. Have lighter dinners and early dinners 5. Avoid eating out, processed foods and packaged foods 6.have whole fruits avoid juices 7.keep moving around whole day. 8.have green tea 2 times /day 9.start your meal with a bowl of salad.

You should start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables, Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Hi Ritesh There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .
