The darkening of skin is definitely a result of tanning. It is advisable to apply a good sunscreen with SPF 25-30 or covered the exposed areas whenever you get out in the sun. Chemical peels will be a treatment of choice for you which will help you to get a brighter skin tone in 6-8 sessions as well as reduce the oiliness of your skin. For medicinal aid you should visit a dermatologist.

I have a chronic phobia of germs. Because of this I wash my hands 20 to 30 times everyday with Dettol Original Hand Soap. This has led to redness, rough and dry skin, few cuts on my hand's back. Can you please recommend which soap I should use to wash my hands for a soft skin?

Hello sir, ideally if one washes so many times, then you are damaging the natural lipids and this leads to dryness and cuts. So stop washing that many times and apply a good moisturizer which you can pick up from stores. Then all will be fine in a few days.

yes stop that.. Care for the Hair- • Avoid using hot water to wash the hair, and use warm water instead.  • Do not comb the hair when it is wet.  • When there is dandruff, this needs to be primarily treated, as severe dandruff is itself a cause for hair loss.  • Oil weekly twice • Use a mild shampoo of homoeopathy. • Eat 2-3 almonds every morning, this is very rich in vitamin E and is very nutritious for the hair.  • Avoid repeated chemical or heat treatments to the hair.  Homeopathic treatment  Hair fall associated with chronic illness, or hormonal imbalance corrects itself with the treatment of the underlying condition. In such cases, the underlying condition has to diagnosed and treated. When it is due to acute illness or fever, generally it subsides on its own, and the hair growth normalizes.  In many cases of hair loss, adequate supplementation of iron and vitamins needs to be done to improve the hair growth. Homeopathic treatment is very good for treating hair loss due to the various causes. The causes of the hair fall, as in the underlying chronic conditions are simultaneously treated.  you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

4 Easy Ways to Take Care of Your Oily Skin

4 Easy Ways to Take Care of Your Oily Skin

Oily skin results from overactive sebaceous glands that produce excessive sebum, which can clog pores of the skin. Clogged pores result in inflammation on the skin, thus causing breakouts. Oily skin can also appear shiny and dirty as oil tends to attract dirt. Oily skin also makes you prone to white heads, black heads and pimples. Open pores is another concern that people with oily skin have. These open pores can look disfiguring on the skin and lead to acne flare ups. You should focus on keeping your skin clean to prevent breakouts. It is recommended to undergo facials to keep your skin healthy and refreshed, and thus reduce oiliness on the skin.

Ways to control oil

  1. Facials help in renewing dead skin cells and improving blood circulation on the skin. This also helps in getting rid of the waste from under your skin to remove the puffiness. With this process, the pores are cleaned effectively so that there is no buildup of impurities. Any cleansing treatment for oily skin should also focus on controlling the oil so that the skin remains oil free for a long time period.
  2. You can also use a facial that uses botanical extracts such as burdock roots, kudzu and chamomile flower. These ingredients help in controlling and normalizing oil production and help to remove dirt and impurities from your skin effectively.
  3. If you have a skin that is acne prone, then you need to adopt a slightly different approach. Use a cleanser made from tea to soothe any inflammation on the skin. The toner should contain salicylic acid because of its anti-inflammatory properties that help in regulating oil production.
  4. Use a mask that is made out of sea mud to clean your pores efficiently. This mud absorbs extra oil and also prevents further breakouts. You may also use a mask that consists of buttermilk and synergistic tea blend to cool your skin.

Oily skin requires moisturizing, just like any other skin type. In this regard, make sure the moisturizers you use are mostly water based and oil free. The moisturizers should contain zinc oxide as it protects your skin and also reduces the redness of your skin that results from acne problem. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
