If you think that you are underweight, then doctor can find out the proper cause of it. It may be for poor intake of nutrition, stress, lack of exercise or disturbed sleep and also genetical factor. • You should take healthy balanced diet in which proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and fiber are there. Take these nutritional foods regularly at proper time like almond, egg, nuts, dried fruits, banana, milk, whole grains, using low-fat dairy products etc. • Don’t drink water when you are eating. It limits your food intake. • You should eat after properly chewing. It increases your digestive power. • You can take seasonal fruits. • Don’t go to sleep immediately after taking heavy meals. • Do regular exercise. • Sleep at least 8 hours. • Avoid spicy food, cold drinks. You do not mention your height. Your weight should be at this age 55kg to 68kg. Excellent result you can get with properly use of homeopathic treatment. You should always opt for a proper treatment which can help you to solve this. If untreated, you can face some health hazards

Hi lybrate-user the best solution is avoid having the oily and junk food. Because it is not necessary that oil food alone will be stored in the body, even high sugar will be transformed into cholesterol. Start to do regular exercise for 1 hour daily, it is the only best solution which I can give to overcome this problem.

Hi, from your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games.

Dear lybrate-user, what you are experiencing is common scenario these days and all youngsters like you are busy with careers. I would advice that along with aurvedic treatment, you can also buy ovulation kits from the market and use them from day 10 onwards to detect ovulation. When your ovulation happens you can take out time for the next 3-4 days to have regular physcical relations with your husband.

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x- rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets. Take good protein - ie. Nutrilite protein powder from Amway company you will definitely feel better.

Yeast is partly beneficial which convert sugar to produce co2 and alcohol. Benefits of yeast is it supplement b12 vitamin, iron and little selenium. Yeast is not advisable to person those who are weak in immune system. especially diabetic patient and person who suffer from thyroid deficiency and ladies who have candid disease and pcod. because these person are week in immune system and more prone to candid infection. brewer yeast which is used for pastries , soup and etc can interact with drug consumed by the person and lead to adverse effect. But consuming natural yeast is no way going to harm., you can use it but should not be often.

Osteoporotic vertebral fractures usually become painless by 4 to 6 weeks as the fracture heals. Medicines, rest and brace are initial treatment. Sometimes the fracture doesn't heal well and pain persists. Vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty are the procedures usually done in such situation for pain relief. They are minimally invasive as bone cement is injected into the fractured vertebra through a needle. These procedures give immediate pain relief. You must see a spine surgeon to see if it is suitable for her. Medical treatment for osteoporosis should go on at the same time.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking meals, do not sleep in day.
