Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. My question is about weight gain. I have calculated my BMI and I am underweight. I have tried lot to be in normal category but my body weight is not increasing. Also I am very thin from other people. What is the reason behind it. Not taking proper food or other reasons. How to increase weight? I am planning to take proteins powders to gain weight in short time. Will it make my physique better from now? I have heard it is very beneficial in gaining weight in short time. Please tell me how to achieve a normal human being rather than being thin. Also my another question is that do I am come under malnutrition?

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Health is wealth, and if you don’t take proper care of yourself in the present, then there could be a problem for you in the long run. If you are looking for ways on how to maintain good health, there are three important things to look into. Eating healthy, eating well Nutrients- One of the most important ways to maintain good health is by eating well and eating the right food. This means consuming food that is filled with minerals, vitamins and all the other nutrients that are essential for the body. Some of the things you need to do include having a healthy breakfast, savor every bite and eat slowly and avoid in-between snacks. Fiber- To ensure you are getting the right nutrients increase your vegetable intake, add salads to your daily meals, and switch to a fruit for snacking instead of chips or other unhealthy snacks. For boosting your fiber consumption, opt for wholegrain, seeded or wholesome bread instead of white bread. You can also choose to add fruits to your breakfast cereal to make it more wholesome. Meats- Meat eaters who are looking to stay healthy without giving up their intake of meat should choose lean meat cuts and poultry. It is also advisable to trim off the skin and fat from the meat to keep it healthy. Not only does exercise help you shed weight and keep you fit but it also improves your lungs and heart health, reduces stress, decreases blood pressure and enhances flexibility, co-ordination and balance. While cardio workouts are great for reducing weight and toning muscles, they are not the only form of exercise you can choose. You can also opt for yoga or pilates, or for a more interesting take on exercise, sign up for dance classes. Dancing is a great way to keep fit and it can help you learn something new and meet people. To make exercising more fun, you can alternate between different forms of exercise, to prevent you from getting bored.

You are going to write an important public exam but let it not overwhelm you so much that you don't take time out for socialising, relaxing and exercising. Because a strong body, mind and emotional state can overcome any difficulties in life including planning for the future. If you devote all your time to studies then you are overloading your brain and body and it will certainly forget information to get rid of information overload. 1. Instead you need to study smart and save on your time and relax, have fun so that the brain gets time to rest and doesn't forget. For eg. You can use highlighter to mark out important portions, summarise the most important points and elaborate mentally, make diagrams, charts etc if you are a visual person, use all your senses to study by adding visual, kinesthetic and auditory cues, teach other students and you will brush up your portions, create and use mnemonics for faster recollection. 2. Eat light food with lean proteins, low carbohydrates, sugars and fats. Eat more of whole grains, fish, chicken, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid all junk and processed foods as they are loaded with chemicals and have a direct impact on brain functioning. 3. Take out time to exercise regularly and give your brain the oxygen boost that it needs during preps and exams. Aerobics, gym, cycling, walking, yoga. Anything that'll freshen you up. 4. You could have certain ayurvedic brain tonics which enhance memory and it's general functioning. Please see a doctor for this tip. 5. You must catch on your beauty sleep for the brain to rest adequately after a marathon session of studies. For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. You need to take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast.
