I am 48 yrs old got hypo thyroid taking thyronorms 125 mg everyday with fail my heel (both) pains like hell the moment I get from the bed. 2. After any meal I had to pass stools immediately. Please advice me whats the remedy.

Pain in heels is a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For your gastric problem kindly consult a physician.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

I eat good foods to be healthy. Nd I keep myself always healthy but aftr so much I m not getting that much strength. I also can not study bcoz I feel very weak.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hello, I have read your query. Brush your teeth twice daily. Use soft bristle brush. Use mouthwash regularly. Use dental floss to clean interdental areas of teeth. Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. First of all, I am sorry for you loss. As other professionals said, grief after the loss of someone close to you is common. It heals with time. But here in your case. The duration is being quite long. Sometime we need to vent it out. Whatever is there deep inside our heart. The thing that is unconsiously stopping us to come out of the sadness. I know it takes alot to be in that phase. I advice you to please consult a mental health professional. Along with him/her. You can work with your problem. Its just a phase of life. I know you will surely get out of it.

Hello lybrate-user, lifestyle modification like balanced diet and exercise needs to be followed. Take very less sodium (salt) in your diet. Avoid oily and junk foods. Have 10-12 glasses of water. Kindly get yourself checked for thyroid.

You could benefit from ipt - inter personal therapy rather than cbt. Consult your psychiatrist for the same or a change in your medications.

It could be due to fibroids, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis, endometriosis, irregular hormone therapy, intrauterine device and ovarian cysts and tumours. An ultrasound and gynecological checkup is needed.

If menses r irregular since long then it should be investigated properly. Ultrasound, fsh, lh, tsh and prolactin blood tests should be done asap to find out the exact cause for irregular menses. Your weight is normal so you r unlikely to be suffering from pcod, which can be confirmed on ultrasound.
