Mr. lybrate-user, If ECG & Echo are normal and if you have no symptoms related any cardiac problem, TMT is not necessary at all. Taking Atorvastatin 10 mg may be useful to reduce LDL. Thanks.

Hello, both the sugar levels are slightly on the higher side suggestive of igt - impaired glucose tolerance. Kindly tell me what is your height and weight. So initially we need to start with dietary modifications and repeat sugars after 1 month if they come down its fine. If sugars are persistently elevated and your bmi is high then some medications need to be started do hba1c blood test. This will show wat is our blood sugar status in previous six months, if this is elevated it will confirm diabetes. Diet: stop sweets, no potato, no beetroot. Daily 30 min walking or jogging, no grapes, banana and watermelon, rice once a day.
