Dear since you have diabetes you need exercises to keep fit and control your sugar. Since you have knee pain best exercise for your problem is cycling. Do buy a stationary bicycle and exercise for at least 20-30 minutes daily and then twice a day.

Having knee pain since 2 weeks. Cannot bend knee while walking. Ankle swelling is also there. Tried having cartigen and rumalaya. Having this problem since 15 years but last 2 weeks is really painful. He cannot walk properly. Please suggest something. Thanks in advance.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

good morning as you have mentioned your daily program just wanted to know are you doing all these things on a daily basis or you alternate them as cycling with running one day and gyming another day and please tell me are you having enough supplementation such as vitamin calcium proteins after or pre workout I would have suggested you to do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises prior and post your workout cycling it cell give lot of stress on your back if you are riding for this distance so please distribute your load and start doing stretching exercises or show it to some orthopedician for better evaluation thank you

Hi, I am 21 years old male. I have been suffering from pain in left wrist. Doc said it's ganglion which should be settled and subside if I stop working out. I stopped for almost 3 months but the problem still persists. For eg. It pains in the joint in push-up posture. Any help?

Ya if its ganglion then you should go to orthopaedic surgeon and 1st line treatment aspirate or operate it.

I hav neck shoulder and hand pain frm nearly one week. I didn't get fallen anywhere. I don't know how cum this pain. Tat hand gets swelling sometimes. I consulted doctor they gave medicines and telling tat vil b nerve problem. So which type of doctor I hav to Consult.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Dear lybrate-user. Do not worry as it might be of strain due to muscle cramps and pathological cause do take ust and laser therapy for 7 days for pain followed by mobilisation exercise from neuro physio or do contact for required any further assist in management best wishes.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello, Hope you are suffering from knee pain during running.Have support to knees bilaterally with knee caps.Run slowly or walk only.Stiffness,pain and tenderness if seen try to massage an oil Mahamash oil and Rumatil oil.Have rest for one week you will be free from pain.OK.

You can recover from weakness only by taking plenty of rest. Do not indulge in physical work and take pelnty of sleep. Take fresh home made simple food and 6 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
