Excessive masturbation leads to weakness, fatigue, premature ejaculation, low sperm count. Don't worry as such, you will be alright. Divert your mind to some constructive activities. I would advise you to take homoeopathic treatment for it. Thank you.

I am 50 now unable to have sex without Viagra What shall I do to have regular sex without Viagra

MD Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Chennai
At this age sexual function is likely to reduce because of various factors including medical illness. Viagra if taken at appropriate doses after consulting a doctor is a safe medicine. If it helps to improve your sexual satisfaction you should be happy. People in the ninetten eighties did not have any such safe option.

Preventing heat disorders

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
During summer, susceptible children and adolescents can develop heat stroke, which can even lead to death if not identified and treated in time.
Heat index is more important than the atmospheric temperature. A 42 degree temperature may feel like 46 degrees if the heat index is high.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun when the temperature is high. Use an umbrella if you need to go out.
Wear light cotton clothes to avoid heat absorption.
Make sure that you are properly hydrated before you step out in the heat. The requirement of water in summer is 500 ml more than that in winter.
Summer drinks should be refreshing and cool such as panna, khas khas, rose petal water, lemon water, bel sharbat and sattu sharbat.
Any drink with more than 10% sugar becomes a soft drink and so should be avoided. Ideally, the percentage of sugar, jaggery or khand should be 3%, which is the percentage present in oral rehydration drink.
You should pass urine at least once in 8 hours. This is a sign of adequate hydration.
If you develop heat cramps, drink plenty of lemon water with sugar and salt.
Heat exertion presents with fever and sweating. If you develop heat exertion, drink plenty of oral fluids, mixed with water, lemon and sugar. Presence of sweating is good sign.
If a person develops high grade fever, i. E. More than 104 degrees fahrenheit with dry armpits, this is a sign of impending heat stroke, which is a medical emergency. The temperature here may be more than 106 degree fahrenheit. Fever should be brought down rapidly within minutes to save the life.
People, who have been advised to restrict their fluid intake on medical grounds, should discuss their fluid requirement in summer with their doctor.

I am having tea daily 3 times. Is there any side effect of having tea? Please suggest me.

Caffeine inhibits the assimilation of nutrients if consumed in more than required amounts. Also it depends on the time at which you are consuming. My suggestion to you is to consume more of antioxidant and phytonutrient rich herbal teas and concoctions.

Dear user. Taking 2 to 3 liters of fluids per day is enough with normal daily activities. Urine frequency will definitely increase if you are taking too much water.

I wanna quit masturbation as I am addicted with it. Please help me and give me some suggestions how to get out from this.

MBBS, MD Psychiatry, DNB Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Nagpur
Masturbation has no physical side effects on human body. However repeatedly masturbating for sexual pleasure and getting relaxed from anxiety may make you psychologically dependent on it. Hence it's is advisable to have better and healthier ways of dealing with anxiety and stress. Avoid sexually stimulating materials if possible. Talk and spend time with friends, discuss issues, play outdoor games, exercise daily, have good sleep at night, practice methods and exercises for relaxation like yoga, meditation, avoid smoking or alcohol etc. If you still feel unable to avoid masturbations and always feel guilt for it then consult a psychiatrist for help with medications and counseling.

Or maybe I got other health problem? Please reply to me! I need help. I feel like I have constipation issue, am I right? And every morning just after awakening up from bed, I got vomiting problem because stomach is empty at that time, only a yellow bile is comes as I vomit, why is this happening? Please reply to me soon! Thank you.

Ayurveda, Ludhiana
Dipendra ji, details that you describe about your problem indicates that there may be ulcer in your stomach. Because as you said when you pass stool there is discharge of black coloured blood which means there is bleeding somewhere from upper gastic lining that is stomach or small intestine. You should follow there remedies: 1. Make a mixture by adding mulethi powder and dhaniya powder 100gm each and mishri 200gm , take 1 tsp of this powder twice daily empty stomach. 2.Start taking amlapittmishram of dhootpapeshwar company ,take 2 tsp of it 3 times a day before meal . 3.Avoid junk food, deep fried food, spicy food, tea ,coffee.

I have wart kind of bumps which are painless on the scrotum. Please suggest me an ointment.

Homeopath, Sindhudurg
It is quite normal for some men to have bumps on the shaft of the penis and/or at the base of the penis head. However, it is important to keep in mind that various sexually transmitted diseases can cause changes to the appearance of your penis. That is why it is best to have them evaluated by a doctor to rule out any STD. A common type of STD that presents as small bumps and is sometimes mistaken for pimples is genital herpes. Herpes lesions can appear on the shaft of the penis as round blisters with clear fluid that sit on top of a red base. When the blisters break, they usually cause quite painful sores or have a burning sensation. Another common cause of pimple-like bumps on the penis is genital warts (HPV). They are transmitted sexually and usually painless but can be painful depending on the size and anatomic location. You can only be diagnosed after your doctor examines your bumps closely and gets a detailed history. After a physical examination, these STDs are typically confirmed with a swap test. If a STD has been ruled out, you probably don't need toworry about your pimple-like bumps. The most common tiny bumps circling the neck or middle area of the penis that can either be white, pink, or sometimes red are known as pearly penile papules. They may also be another harmless condition known as Fordyce's spots. These Fordyce's spots usually appear as numerous small pale or white bumps under the skin. Or, they may be just pimples, which do occur from time to time on the penis. Again, I advise speaking with a doctor. Only your doctor can distinguish the different types of penis bumps. Only then you can be diagnosed and treated.
