Not necessarily carcinoma but duct pappiloma is more common at this age. You should go for ultrasound of breast and cytological examination of nipple discharge.

How to regrow hair on balded head.
I am just 19. please help.
Is hair transplantation safe from cancer in india?
Dear patient, it seems you are suffering from hairfall. Now-a-days, hair-fall has become one of the most common problem for both men and women, this is due to the adoption of unhealthy lifestyle, pollution, stress, poor diet, hormonal changes and usage of detergents. Common causes include, thyroid problems, pcod (in females), alopecia, poor diet, scalp infections and genetics. Most successful treatments include both correction of life style & diet, and proper consumption of homeo medicines till completion of course. 9 out of 10 cases now, responds well to trichorootact hairoil with hairroot actve homeo herbal medicines. Try this formula and revert back with result. Take care.

My dad is detected with cancer 3rd time he is now diagnosed and cancer is in d-12 area of back. The tumor is very small .Doctor has suggested radiation therapy. Is it safe. Let me mention already my dad's stomach has been removed because of cancer which was diagnosed before. My dad's age is 47 .Please suggest something.

MD - Radiothrapy, MBBS

As you have mentioned cancer has spread in D12 vertebra, Radiation therapy should be given to the spine. It will prevent possibility of fracture and also reduce the pain associated with disease. Radiation treatment is safe in this case.

I am 54 years old and feeling low for the last few days and unable to speak freely. Are these signs of some type of cancer or depression?

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. You seem to be depressed. However, I would advise you to consult a general physician who can clinically evaluate and advise appropriately. Simultaneously, a little bit of change in diet/ lifestyle may also help cope up suitably. Taking ginger tea (without milk) may help overcome depression, indigestion and nausea, if any. Have a healthy and balanced diet, preferably Mediterranean one and stay well hydrated. Exercising daily for at least 30 minutes can help too. Walking, in open air, is the safest as well as the best should you have no other health related constraints. Early morning yoga, breathing exercises and meditation shall also help you keep focused, relaxed and help you connect with yourself better. It would facilitate face things, as they come, with ease and also enjoy every moment of your life by being able able to give your best, irrespective. If possible, a trip to some hill station or some scenic natural place with plenty of greenery can help you relax, rejuvenate, feel blessed, think clearly and have a fresh perspective. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,

Sir my father is 58 year old. He was operated for oral cancer in the month of may last year. He was given chemo and radiation therapy, his reconstruction surgery was planned in the month of Dec 2015. In blood test doctor found plc is more and subsequently x ray and ct scan carried out and found that cancer is developed in chest. Now they are refusing to do any surgery and treatment except medication. They have called my father after one month medication. Sir my father is on liquid food since May last year and and too weak. Please guide me what to do. He can not move without help. Can you people do the reconstruction surgery? Sir it is very difficult for me to bring him from Lucknow. I will send you report of ct scan and blood test if you give some positive response.

Hi dear -your problem can be solved, in my opinion, if you follow my advise as per;;- -u may need 3-4 doctors help- for cure -1--u take cancero medicine course--1-2 months -2 -- go for reconstruction surgery -3-- again no. 1- course--4 months -4- take help of radiology along with --------------------------------------------------- -step-3 and 1 -;;--curative treatment;- -tibetan therapy--medicine -cancero - course is the best treatment available so for, with almost 100%--results. It is a newly entrant in the field of oral medical cancer therapy, and is available with very few tibetan experts only. Most of doctorsare still unaware of its use. With no side effects, it can be used both as preventive as well as curative in all types of cancers/ tumors. Its 6 month course or so is sufficient to cure cancer of any type, at any stage, provided the patient is able to take medicines orally. It converts cancers into tumors and then cures. It can be used alone or in combination with other therapies, if cancer is in advanced stage. -its pack is available in 3 forms;- -cancero-th+, cancero-thu+, cancero-thua+ --so a combination of all may be required for final positive results.

I am 33 years old. Currently I am suffering from a breast cancer. I don't have child since last 4 years of marriage. I had taken treatment for it but failed. I have question that after recovering from cancer, Will I be able to take treatment for fertility.

MD - Radiothrapy, MBBS
Oncologist, Pune
As you don't have a child, there is a option of ovum preservation before starting chemotherapy. Many women experience menopause after chemotherapy, most of them start their normal menstrual cycle within 2 years and can have normal babies. Some might have permanent menopause. Recently there are some drugs given during chemotherapy which may reduce the effects of chemotherapy on ovaries and increase chances of pregnancy later on. Please consult Radiation oncologist from your city for further information. Hope this information is helpful.

Avoid Sunlight

Stay away from direct sunlight. Exposure to too much sunlight can be harmful to the skin. You probably already know that it can cause skin cancer, but did you know that it can exacerbate acne.

Hi, In my right hand I have a round oval shape tumor, I am not sure what exactly it is but its easily visible, people ask questions when they see it. Its really embarrassing, I have avoided wearing half shirts and T- shirts because of this tumor. I want to get rid of it. What should I do?

DNB, MBBS
Oncologist, Faridabad
Dear sir, we need to know the size, consistency and for how long it is present. If it is long standing then it may not be malignant, an fnac may help in knowing about the cause. It could be lipoma, schwannoma etc benign tumour and can be simply excised by a good surgeon or a plastic surgeon for better cosmetic results. Don't get embarrassed, get it removed.

Dear user. You have borderline high psa along with borderline free to total ratio. I understand that you are religiously following psa because of your family history. I would suggest that you see a urologist so that the investigations can be properly understood along with your clinical evaluation. Please do not hesitate to get a prostate biopsy if need be. Early detected prostate cancer have excellent prognosis. Thanks.
