Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

Make a habit of running every day and increase the speed and duration gradually. Don't run over hard surface.

Not all pain in bones are due to deficiency of calcium. It may be because of some inflammation, injury, compression of nerve in your wrist. Visit your nearest physiotherapist & take treatment - ift, us, pwb.

Pain on back bone to be evaluated for any further complications like disc protrusion,vertibral disease etc ..kindly get an x ray of lower back and intimate me ..Otherwise it could be due to arthritic changes for which you have to go for a blood check up immediately ..

Regular massage will help but not a cure' it will give u temporary relief' my advice to u is concentrate on exercises that is only method to get relief from this pain and consult a rheumatologist.

Please take a glass of milk daily. Take balance diet always/mixed fruit juice. Take proper rest/sleep do not over-exert on walking/standing too much.

if you are suffering neck and back pain ..and not getting relief ..so now go for tests x ray c-spine, x ray dorsal, L S spine. blood test c-rp. cbc. vit.D.vit. B12, s.calcium. take few exercises for neck and back bone...by consulting physiotherapist. till then you can take tab. acetaminophen 500 mg sos. cap. mecobalmin 1od.

take sinarest one tab 2 times a day for 3 days. take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 3 days. take dolo 650 mg 2 times a day for 3 days. do gargle , take steam. avoid sudden cold exposure. drink warm water it will help you.

I am 47 yrs old. I have a body imbalance problem. Is this due to spondilosys. Particularly I cant get from the bed in flat straight position. I usually have to turn towards side while getting up. Kindly suggest me.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Dear lybrate user will you let us know, the status of genital region, mean sense of errection, flow of urine, any incontinency. Unless not ruled out no one can forcast you to marry or not. If your motor or sensory deficit is there, I don t think that you can consume any women. So before attempting any try on marriage think twice.

Hi , running cannot be started all of sudden u may need some leg muscle strength. Before running, sports gear check is very important. Your shoes should have good shock absorption. Then u need quadriceps, hamstring, calf muscle and gluteal strength is very important. Drink lot of water to reduce uric acid initially. Consult physician for further management.

As we get older our body starts to deceive us and we are forced to face many types of inconveniences. Joint pain is very often present in the elder years.
The first symptoms are the symptoms of inflammation which are redness, swollen joints warm to touch, loss of joint function, stiffness and the most unbearable symptom the joint pain.

The main reasons for inflammations are the toxins and other waste products present in the metabolic system.

In order to get rid of them we need to cleanse our body and the best way for us to do this is by using herbs from the nature.

The following herbs will help you a lot to reveal joint pain:

1. Burdock Root

The essential fatty acids are known as best thing for joint pain. You can consume them by consuming Burdock root. They are full with fatty oils.
The anti inflammatory properties of this herb will calm the inflammation which will reduce the pain.

You can combine this herb with food, or you can dry the rood and put it in boiling water and leave it like that for about 10 minutes. Strain and rinse it while is warm.
If you want to make things simple you can always take it in a form of capsule.

2. Turmeric

This herb is very good when you have any kind of inflammation, it will help you to reduce the pain really quickly.
It’s a god substitution for the pills doctors prescribe to people when they have joint pain.

3. Ginger

It functions in that way that blocks the activation of COX2 and TNF – the inflammatory mediators.
You can use it with your food, or can have it in tea.

4. Flax

Fats from animal sources are one of the reasons for inflammations for people with arthritis.
The omega3 in vegan form that are part from the flax are great for fighting this type of inflammation.
All you should do is to consume ½-1 tablespoons each day.
Be aware that boiling or cooking might damage the Omega3.


And if you suffer from irritable condition consuming seed can make the condition worse so in such a case consume only the oil.

Give to your mother r compound tablet 2 after break fast 2 after lubch end 2 after dinner end 1calcium tablet with milk after dinner for a month end feedback. Massaje miostol oil on knees. Walk 1 km daily.

Hi this is dr.Vyas first u have to consult an orthopedic dr. Take an x-ray of lumber Spain. Take some mediation like pain killer, muscle relexent and antacid. Then do physiotherapy sessions for 7-10 day with ift ,back extension exercises and hot fermentation. She may get relief in 15 days then do regular low intensity exercises.

posture correction must. do hot fermentation avoid strain full activity. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. do stretching exercise . if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days
