For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- 1. Rhus toxicodendron 200 (5 drops three times a day) 2. Lachesis 30 (5 drops once a day in morning time) do not take anything half an hr before and after the medicine. When we wake up do not get up immediately. Dear, Here is the some information for you hope it would be helpful. Causes of headaches may include fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverages, and dental or sinus issues. This can trigger your headache: foods : spices, wine , chocolate, citrus •food additives •sleep : both too much and too little •stress : mainly offset Home remedies: •Stay Hydrated •Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. •Menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches. •Peppermint contains menthol that helps open up clogged blood vessels that cause headaches. It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Plus, it has calming and analgesic effects.•Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil can be of great help in relieving tension headaches. I am a 25 year old male, met with an accident this morning. I was riding a bike which fell down on right side, shoulder and elbow are paining severely just able to move a bit, however there is a small external injury. My shoulder is not moving firmly with elbow. I have seen a doctor near by as advised by him I have to keep my arm in arm sling for a week. Can you please advise any other alternative to this as the pain is unbearable (got confirmed that this is not a fracture) Your urgent advice would be appreciated.

No movements would help now, the more you move your shoulder the more it will pain. Rest is the only advice for shoulder joint. Movements at elbow and wrist and fingers can be continued. Ice application at swelling site is preferable. Movements at shoulder can be resumed once pain has come down. Take care.

Hello do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist. This will help in reducing the pain. Thanks.

Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation. Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Live all types of food out side. Take simpal home made food with green vegitabales, salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Take 1 calcium tablet or capsule with milk after dinner. Dear sir this is the case of stress fracture of tibia bone not easily seen in x-ray. Avoid running on hard track. Use good quality sports shoes. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables. Never run barefooted. Use milk &milk products regularly.

In past I got hurt in left hand near the wrist which led to minor fracture to which I had consulted and was being put a fracture bandage for a month but after the removal the left hand didn't worked that efficiently and has a pain if worked hard with it.
