First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid spicy, fried & junk food - have meals regularly, do not skip meals, have more of fruits & vegetables - have meals at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime do not lye down immediately after meals till about half to one hour - have more water & fluids - have antacids to relieve pain.

This is another cause of swollen eyebrow area. Allergic reactions may be accompanied by an inflammation of the sinus. When you use facial and cosmetics products that contain ingredients your skin is sensitive to, a swelling may result. This could be a new brand of eye shadow or eye pencil. Inhaling or getting into contact with things your skin is allergic to could as well cause reactions. With this kind of situation, applying a cold compress will help to soothe the inflammation. In case it does not die out with time, you may have to consult a doctor on the same so they can administer relevant antihistamines. TAKE LACTO-LM DAILY IN EVENING FOR 21 DAYS. OR IT COULD BE DUE TO SUN EXPOSURE.

I will give you some tips 1. Relax your mind and be calm. 2. Have dinner 2hrs before you go to bed. 3, do not work on the computer on the bed. 4, take hot water bath before going to bed. 5. Drink a glass of hot milk at bedtime. 6. Listen to soothing music or do some light reading on the bed.

Do consult neuro physiotherapist and take ift for your joint pain followed by strengthening exercises for joints do consult cardiologist and take ecg and avoid comparing with others as every one is unique in body structure.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I can't wake up easily in the morning though after putting on alarm. I wake up by myself at say 10 am or 11 am directly. 1 or 2 day in a week I get up at around 8 am by myself. And remaining 5 or 6 days of week, as I have my college so I need to compulsorily wake at around 7: 30 am to 8 am, but as I can not, so due to these I feel like my brain is hanged and I begin my day slowly slowly. Nw I have to make a habit of waking up early and get ready instantly. What should I do?
