I used to go to gym before. I had an accident and broke my ankle and added up 15 kgs to myself. And when starting to workout after a long period I started with heavy weights and strained my lower back. Inspite of ULTRASOUND TREATMENT, IFT, LASER I feel pain on my lower back but the pain does not radiate to my legs or above that. I do lower back strengthening exercises. But this has been for a month. Help me.

Suddenly lifting 15 kg of weight caused jerky movement of spine. This could result in slip disc .Your back muscles needs to be strengthen step by step by only by qualified and experienced physiotherapist and you do not have to bend your spine to lift heavy weight rather first bend your knees and than lift weight.

Hello dear you have to follow her strictions strictly also have support in your lower back and do regular hot fermantaion at all spin, walking is very important as a simple exercise so you have to walk regular 3 km and increase your water. Reduce your weight. Do some tests -s. Uric acid n fbs n thyroid profile tests. Do knee exercises. Avoid cold things. Take ayurvedic medicine.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hi, Take tab. Rhukot 2 tabs 3 times a day and 2 tsf of Maharasnadi Kashaya mixed with equal quantity of water, 3 times a day after food. Apply Dashaanga lepa on the affected joints at night and wash it the next day morning. Rhukot gel may be applied for pain during the day time. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, etc food which aggrevates the pain.

My wife keep getting this muscle pain in her collar bone and on back of her neck for few months. We have consulted many doctors but nothing worked so far.
