Drink a glass of warm milk daily. Secondly if you have sensitive skin - apply Vaseline on the finger first and then masturbate. Due to hormonal changes the things are happening and it will settle down soon. For further queries get back to me.

Bronchial Asthma is inflammation or congestion of airway and has usually a family history some triggers like home dust, mites, pollen food products containing sulphite as preservative, sudden change in weather etc. or defect in nose. You have to identify the cause and take necessary precautions. To control the attacks which come in episodes there are tablets, meter dose inhalers or rotahalers You should consult a Physician or a Pulmonologist for advice. Which you may have to follow. Spontaneous cure is possible. Otherwise you should learn to keep it under control to prevent further complications

Hello doctor I am twinkal I am 19 year old girl and I have dehydration problem last 2 days what I do.

COMT, MPTh/MPT
Physiotherapist, Surat
In dehydration there is loss of body fluids, mostly water compared to what we take in through drinking. Normally water is lost from human body in the form of breathe that we take, sweat, urine, and stool. Along with water, salt (sweat) is also lost. Sometimes we do excessive exercise in hot weather that time we lose too much water, our bodies may become out of balance or dehydrated. The common symptoms that may be seen in dehydrated patients are: Fever, shivering, muscle cramps, headache, vomitting, dry skin, less saliva secretion etc. Due to which you will start feeling weak, unhealthy, drowsie, stomachache and body pain. If severe dehydration it can lead to various other problems like shock, epilepsy, blood clot, heart problem etc. To overcome dehydration please care: Rest is required. This will feel you relax and mentally comfortable. 1. Intake of oral rehydration powders like punarjal, ORS, enerex, electrolyte etc by dissolving in water. These solutions contain water and salts in specific proportions which replenish your body fluids and electrolytes. Can have at frequent intervals, every one hour. This will remove all your dehydration. 2. Sometimes fresh fruit juices, coffee, coldrinks, etc may exaggerate the diarrhoea. Does not overcome dehydration. 3. You can have vegetable soups made by fresh green vegetables at home. In your case I would recommend you to have rehydrating solution every 30 to 60 min. Take some fresh juices or soup if it hamper your health then do not take because intake of fresh juice vary person to person. For any doubt please contact. Get Well Soon.

Hi sir My penis is slightly bent to left side and cum comes quickly. Is this any series problem or any type of treatment is there.

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Slight bent is ok. The average time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation in the average man is 9 minutes. The definition of premature ejaculation is reaching orgasm within 1 minute or less after vaginal penetration (intercourse), or ejaculation that occurs too early for female partner satisfaction. This problem is common, occurring in 30% of adult men, and it is the most common form of male sexual dysfunction. It can be caused by erectile dysfunction, anxiety and nerve hypersensitivity and is, in general, quite treatable by homoepathic treatment. You can click on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.

Diabetes - 6 Effective Ayurvedic Remedies for Treating it!

The instance of diabetes are rising day by day. Being a silent killer, it is attacking the young generation secretly and two common impacts of taking modern medicines for diabetes are insulin resistance and various side effects. This eventually has led to a search for alternative methods, which can address the problem of diabetes. Ayurveda plays a vital role in curbing diabetes, if you use it the right way, it can address the root cause of diabetes through proper application of diet, drugs, panchakarma and yoga.

Simple ways to cure diabetes through Ayurveda

  1. Bitter gourd juice: You can take up 30 ml of bitter melon juice every morning on an empty stomach. If you are unable to consume it raw, then you may prepare simple oil-free recipes with it. It is one of the best remedies of diabetes and you can see a lowered diabetes level with consistent consumption of bitter gourd juice.
  2. Ground bay leaf and aloe vera: The mixture of half teaspoon of ground bay leaf, half teaspoon of turmeric and one teaspoon of aloe vera gel can be taken before lunch every day to control blood sugar level.
  3. Fenugreek seeds: Commonly called the Methi seeds, this ingredient can be mixed with a little amount of turmeric along with a glassful of warm milk twice daily to reduce blood sugar problems. You can soak some fenugreek seeds in warm water overnight and chew it on an empty stomach in the morning.
  4. Jamun seeds: The seed powder of Eugenia jambolina, commonly called the Jamun, is very helpful in reducing the blood sugar level. You can have one teaspoon of jamun seed powder followed by a glass of warm water or chew Jamun leaves to prevent the conversion of starch into sugar.
  5. Indian gooseberry: This fruit enriched with high amounts of Vitamin C is commonly called Amla. Having 20 ml Amla juice every day can be prescribed for a diabetic patient. You can also take the amla fruit powder every day to get similar results.
  6. Bark of the banyan tree: If you are suffering from increased levels of blood sugar, then you may consume the decoction of banyan tree bark twice regularly. You will have to take 20 grams of the bark and boil it in 4 glasses of water. When this mixture is reduced to approximately 1 glass, you can consume it after it cools down.

The level and symptoms of diabetes vary among different individuals. Therefore, before you jump on to trying any of these methods, it is recommended to consult an expert who can help you select the most suitable Ayurvedic solution for increased sugar levels.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.

Hey there I am an 18 year old guy I have been masturbating for almost 5 years sometimes I do three times a day and sometimes it's a month I don't do masturbate usually I do 3 times a week but here's what strange I have some white spots on my hand and feet only not on my face like I see on internet it's not really a disease I am suffering from hut it's on my hand specially on my both thumbs an my feet it's really weird and easily noticeable I just need help what is it? Some says it's because of masturbation I haven't concerned with any doctors yet just checking on online solution it's been with me for like 3 years and it's kinda increasing please help.

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology
Psychologist, Palakkad
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. I can assure you that the spots are not due to masturbation. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients etc. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. To get an extra understanding of the white spots please post an image. Take care.
