I have chronic heel pain in my left heel and minor pain in my right heel. My doctor advised for both heel xray and we found out I have small calcaneal heel spur in both heels. I am really upset about it. Please advice treatment for it and what caused it in both my heels. I have slipped disc in my lower back and neck as well. Also, I would like to draw attention towards the calcium serum level of 11.7 which came in my blood report. I am heartbroken with my condition and the pain. Please advice.

You need proper physiotherapy and follow up advice thr further private consultations would help to get proper cure. Now you need slippers modification either MCR or MCP, don't stand continuously for long hours. Start physiotherapy asap for couple of days, contrast bath advisible. Knee joint ligament problem .little pain is there while walking. When walk feel sprain in knee. What is way out?
Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology like ACL or meniscus tear. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help. 4. Intrarticular injections offer great help. Visit Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinical evaluation and X-Rays/ MRI. Share x-rays.

I had a left knee injury in November month, my knee got hit against a wall. It did not pain after a week from the injury. But when I started playing cricket on the first day itself I felt the pain again, it is paining since then. I consulted a bone setter and got temporary plasters for 2 times but it did not showed any much improvement. I got x-rayed (AP/LAT) and the radiologist report said -1 visualised bones show no obvious abnormality 2-joint space is normal 3-adjacent soft tissue is unremarkable. What should I do. Please advice.

Hi it's a case of knee surrounding muscles weakness. Need to strengthen all surrounding groups with free hand exercises of knee to slow progressive exercises. Knee quads, hams and rotators need to be strengthened. But first evaluation have to be done whether really those muscles strengthening is required or not. Later balance training is required. Initially we need to reduce to the pain by tapping or knee supporter with straps. Than exercises get an online consultation done to get accurate diagnosis and get the treatment plan. Regards.

Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.
