Chose the food you eat and taking it at proper time can help overcome acidity. Buttermilk with pepper and corriander leaf can be taken regularly after food during lunch. Also consuming tea infusion made from cinnamon bark and fenugreek aids to heal the intestinal ulcer.

Normal human heart rate is between 60-100 per minute so your heart rate is within normal limits. Excessive anxiety and over checking just adds to the stress and so your heart rate probably rises secondary to anxiety, which is a normal thing. No need to worry, just relax, nothing further needs to be done.
