Its good to take water before meal, if you want a healthy gut and weight loss. But if you feel like drinking water with meal, just have lukewarm water few sips.

Are you an athlete. Or are you running for the first time. If yes yes then my advice is you strengthen your leg muscles first. Then start running. For this I need to join a gym. N do weight training exercises only. That to 2-3 days a week. Remember it should be done on alternate days not consecutive days. Like if you do it on Monday then next session should not be before Wednesday. It can be Wednesday or Thursday. When doing weight training exercises, on that day don’t do cardio. What I mean to say is don’t mix n match. If you r doing cardio, on that day do cardio only, no weight training. On the day of weight training, don’t do cardio exercises. This will strengthen your muscles n will help you in running. All the best.
