Its good to take water before meal, if you want a healthy gut and weight loss. But if you feel like drinking water with meal, just have lukewarm water few sips.

U should include in your diet good fat like peanuts butter ,nuts and seeds, cheese, milk and it's product. Hello garlic is good for controlling b.p and cholestrol. But if they are suffering from diabetes or any acidic issues, then they should not take these things without consulting a dietitian.

Do weight training, stretches, and floor work, and specially suryanamaskar with high protein diet. Only doing cardio, don't gives you the result. Follow a dietitian.

Don't use supplements for the long run, change your food habits, there are nutritional foods which are hand picked also. Instead of spendind money on supplements, hire a dietitian.

Hi Lybrate user you can take homopathic medicine 1 Alfalfa Q + Avena sativa Q 10 drops + 10 drops mixed with half cup water & take thrice daily before meal with half cup water. Are you an athlete. Or are you running for the first time. If yes yes then my advice is you strengthen your leg muscles first. Then start running. For this I need to join a gym. N do weight training exercises only. That to 2-3 days a week. Remember it should be done on alternate days not consecutive days. Like if you do it on Monday then next session should not be before Wednesday. It can be Wednesday or Thursday. When doing weight training exercises, on that day don’t do cardio. What I mean to say is don’t mix n match. If you r doing cardio, on that day do cardio only, no weight training. On the day of weight training, don’t do cardio exercises. This will strengthen your muscles n will help you in running. All the best.
