Penis Enlargement - Improve Both Your Sexual Performance and Penis Size!

Penis Enlargement - Improve Both Your Sexual Performance and Penis Size

If you are anything like the majority of other men out there, then you probably want to be the best that you can possibly be in this life. Having said that, you probably hope for a better life, in general. And, if ever you don't get to reach your goals, hoping that things will get better in itself probably keeps you alive.

One particular area that a lot of men try to work on is sex. Certain sexual issues tend to frustrate and hurt a man's sexual life, including a small penis. Conversely, a big penis makes men feel more like a man. Plus, it can help men satisfy their sexual partners in bed more.

Aside from having a small penis, other sexual issues that men face include erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Despite the popularity of these two issues, though, a lot of men blame their penis size for their problems most of the time.

The truth is, both sexes generally see a small penis as inferior and weaker compared to a big penis. This is why several men find that not having a big penis plays a big role in why their self-esteem is so low in bed.

How big of a role does penis size actually play in bed, though? Naturally, it plays a pretty big part. Every woman knows how important it is to have a big penis in order to get orgasms in the end. This is why penis enlargement is largely talked about nowadays.

Within the past few years, a lot of merchants have opened shops to sell different penis enlargement products with promises to solve the big problem related to penis size. Since there are various penis enlargement products sold online nowadays and due to the anonymity of the World Wide Web, many men have been swindled by scammers that sell useless or low quality products, which could endanger men's health.

This doesn't necessarily mean that every penis enlargement method out there is useless at increasing penis size, though. In fact, there are several methods that can truly guarantee positive results. A lot of men have proven that penile exercises and herbal pill, for instance, are incredibly safe, fast and effective at improving a man's penis size. Using both at the same time can therefore give you the massive size that you have always wanted.

Since so many spam advertisements for penile exercises and herbal pills exist, though, penis enlargement has a bad reputation in some circles. Generally speaking, if a merchant insists that their products can increase your penis size by five inches in less than a week, you can be sure it's a scam. Penis enlargement will not happen that quickly, no matter which methods you resort to. Most of the time, it will take several months before you see any significant gains. However, once you see those gains, you can expect to enjoy several other benefits alongside them.

Some of these benefits include increased sexual stamina, more intense orgasms, stronger and harder erections, better urinary flow, a higher sex drive and increased blood circulation in the penis.

The majority of men also say that their self-esteem increases the bigger their penises gets. This, in turn, also makes them better lovers in the long run. This really isn't surprising because they no longer have to think about how small their penis looks anymore.

Although a lot of men have already proven that penis pills and penile exercises are able to increase a man's penis size, please keep in mind that not every product out there is safe, though. In fact, some products may do more harm to your penis than good - remember that.

Treatment Strategies In Male Infertility!

Treatment Strategies In Male Infertility!

The most important investigation gor a male partner is semen analysis. This should be done after 2-3 days of abstinence & should be given at the ivf centre. It is very important that semen should be tested from a standard lab because reports can vary if not done from a standard lab.

If semen analysis is ok then no more investigations are needed but if semen shows low count or motility then furthet tests are required. Examination of male partner is mandatory. Second step is hormonal tests.
In cases of borderline semen count & motility intrauterine insemination or iui can be done. This involves sperm washing & preparation and injecting semen into uterus around time of egg release.

In case of gross problem in semen count & motility in- vitro- fertilisation or ivf along with icsi may be required.

What Is Pep?

What Is Pep?

Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is a systemic treatment in which we can save life of a patient and help him to prevent from being HIV positive. Any possible exposure which will lead to HIV infection including sexual

intercourse with sex worker and during that condom gets burst or having intimate massage at massage parlor; the person is exposed to direct contact that can lead to the possible exposure to HIV. And, any health worker who gets exposed to any instrument prick like needle, cannula or any other sharp instrument during any surgical or dental procedures or in case of drug abuse patients the exposure to needle pricks or children playing in playground exposed to any mucus membrane wound exposure or during any bus, train accident, the chances of contamination can take place. This is possible in case of sexual assault also.In all these cases, we can put patient on PEP therapy which is a system of medicines in which we use minimum 4 anti-viral drugs for the treatment of HIV upto 28-30 days within 72 hours of possible exposure.

By using these drugs we can prevent transmission of HIV up to 98%. So you are recommended to start PEP treatment as early as possible in order to save yourself from getting HIV.HIV is a very dangerous disease. It leads to possible collapse of the body’s immune system in which CD3,D4 and CD8 cells are reduced and viral load of HIV is increased in the blood system by which the system gets collapsed and patient is not able to sustain his/her life for longer period of time and it becomes difficult to survive.

Managing diabetes without indulging in any physical activity is near to no good as exercise is the backbone of diabetes treatment. Here are the ten exercises that prove to be great for people with diabetes.

  5. Swimming: Swimming helps in relaxing and stretching the muscles, without exerting any pressure on the joints, which is why it is a great exercise for diabetic people. Often diabetic people lose sensation in their feet, which makes swimming the best option for them.
  6. YogaHelping in lowering the body fat, improving the nerve function, and fighting the insulin resistance, yoga can benefit people suffering from diabetes in a lot of ways. By controlling the stress, it indirectly helps in lowering the blood sugar levels.
  7. Stationary bicycling: A form of aerobic exercise, stationary bicycling ensures a strong heart and well-functioning lungs. Burning lots of calories, it improves the blood flow to the legs, which is important for diabetic people.

Therefore, you must consult a doctor before having any kind of medicine for treating insomnia.

How Diabetes Impacts Your Eyes?

MBBS, MS - Ophthalmology
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
How Diabetes Impacts Your Eyes?

If you are diabetic then it is important that you visit your ophthalmologist for regular check-ups. Diabetes is known to be one of main causes for blindness across all age groups. If you suffer from bouts of blurred vision then it is not likely due to a long term vision problem. It is temporary and usually occurs due to fluctuating blood sugar levels in the body.

How diabetes affects your eyes?
The lens of your eyes can swell if you are a diabetic, and this can impair your ability to see causing blurry vision. In order to rectify this problem, it is important for you to get your blood sugar levels under optimal levels. This entire procedure of reducing blood sugar levels may take three months or more.

Eye problems that are caused by diabetes
The major eye problems that can occur due to diabetes are

  1. CataractCataract occurs when the lens of your eyes become foggy or cloudy. Although cataract mostly occurs to people who are middle aged or above sixty, you can get affected by this disorder at an earlier age if you are diabetic. Also, the deterioration or clouding of the lens progresses at a much faster rate than usual. Cataracts lead to an inability to focus as the retina is covered by cloudy layer.
  2. GlaucomaThis is another disorder that can occur due to diabetes. This is characterized by the buildup of pressure in the eye due to the fluids within it not draining properly. This intense pressure damages the nerves and blood vessels in the eyes, thus impairing your ability to see.
  3. Diabetic RetinopathyDiabetic retinopathy is a disorder characterized by damage to the vessels in the retina that carry blood. It can occur if you have either of the type 2 or type 1 diabetes. If not treated in time it can lead to blindness.

If you have a history of diabetes or even borderline diabetic tendencies, it is highly advisable to constantly check your blood sugar levels and also get your eye checked at regular intervals, especially if you feel even the minutest vision problems.

Head Lice - 4 Symptoms You Should Know About!

Dermatologist, Pune
Head Lice - 4 Symptoms You Should Know About!

A head louse is an insect that lives on the human scalp and feeds on human blood. The female louse lays eggs in the head and makes sure the eggs are attached to the hair shaft. It takes around eight days for the egg to hatch. The louse takes another 11 days to mature into an adult louse.

The primary cause of head louse is poor personal hygiene. Other causes due to which a person can be infected by lice are:

  1. Using combs and towels that are infested.
  2. Coming in contact with another person who has this condition.
  3. Sharing the bed with a person who is affected by lice.

When a person is affected by this condition then the following symptoms are observed:

  1. The saliva of the lice causes an allergic reaction in the scalp which leads to constant itching. It can occur in various places such as ears, scalp and the neck. It may not occur initially, but it tends to occur after a few weeks.
  2. Constant scratching can lead to formation of small red bumps on the skin. A bacterial infection usually occurs from constant itching.
  3. It may lead to symptoms of dandruff in the scalp.
  4. Presence of various insects in the scalp.

Prevention of Lice:

Lice can be prevented by using medicated shampoos and conditioners to wash the hair. The shampoos are usually based on a chemical called pyrethrin. This compound is toxic for lice and helps in getting rid of it.

You can also opt for the following lifestyle changes to prevent lice:

  1. You should avoid sharing your hairbrush with others.
  2. In case you have long hair, tie it in buns or ponytails.
  3. Add tea tree oil to your shampoo before using it.
  4. Keep the scalp clean to prevent infestations.
  5. Avoid sharing pillows and clothes.

Managing Diabetes In pregnancy!

MS - Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Siliguri
Managing Diabetes In pregnancy!

'Congratulations! You're pregnant!' Almost all women long to hear these words and nothing should come in the way, even diabetes. So, if you are a Type 1 or Type 2 diabetic, here are a few things you should keep in mind to have a healthy baby.

Your blood sugar must be monitored regularly

The most important thing you can do to have a healthy baby is to keep your blood sugar as close to normal before and during your pregnancy. Testing is recommended a minimum of four times a day. Glucose passes through the mother's blood to the fetus and hence if your blood sugar fluctuates, so will your baby's. High blood sugar levels are especially harmful during the first 8 weeks of pregnancy when the baby's brain, heart, kidneys and lungs are formed.

Your pregnancy is considered high risk

High blood sugar levels can increase the risk of a miscarriage as well as the risks of your baby being born with birth defects. Diabetes can also increase the risk of developing preeclampsia during the second half of your pregnancy. This could result in a C section or premature birth. Thus, maintain regular checkups and keep your doctor in the loop of all your activities.

You should watch out for signs of ketosis

When you have low blood sugar, the body produces ketones that can be passed on from you to your baby. This production of ketones is a result of the body's burning of fat instead of glucose to provide energy and can develop a condition called ketosis. Symptoms you should watch out for are stomach aches, nausea, fatigue, muscle stiffness, frequent urination and fruity breath.

You need Vitamins and Supplements

Most women require vitamin and mineral supplements at the time of pregnancy. Of these, folic acid, iron, calcium and vitamin D are the most important. These supplements help in the healthy growth of the baby.

You should exercise regularly

Maintaining a regular physical activity routine is very important for diabetics who are expecting a baby. This will help you regularize your blood sugar, relieve stress and strengthen your heart. Avoid activities that increase your risk of falling and aim for at least thirty minutes of daily exercise such as walking, swimming or yoga.

Check your medication

Some medication can be detrimental during pregnancy such as cholesterol and blood pressure medication. Consult your doctor to find a suitable alternative, if needed. You may also need to change the kind of insulin you take and its frequency and amount. As you get closer to the delivery date, your insulin requirement may even double or triple.

The key to preventing complications during pregnancy is controlling your diabetes. So take your insulin regularly, maintain regular checkups and eat healthy. You need to be seen by your obstetrician more frequently. Your pregnancy will be monitored closely by more frequent ultrasounds and NST. If your sugar level remains under control and pregnancy is advancing well, a natural onset of pains is aimed for and a normal delivery is expected.

I am 21 years old female. I want to know that pcod is serious disease? Can this be cured fully? Can this be repeated again if cured once?

I am 21 years old female. I want to know that pcod is serious disease? Can this be cured fully? Can this be repeated ...
Though the effects of the disease on the body are tremendous, PCOS can definitely be cured. A healthy lifestyle, regular exercise and a check on food intake coupled with proper medication is all that is required to combat the disorder. Regular exercise, reducing the body weight, eating healthy and avoiding junk foods will regulate the cycles and set the menstrual clock of the women back on track The disorder can also be easily rectified through medical intervention — medical management and surgical management. In medical management, the follicles in the ovaries are dissolved over a period of one to two year through oral medicines alone. In surgical management, through the process of laparoscopy, the follicles are drilled and dissolved, in addition to which oral medications are also provided. According to the gynaecologist, PCOS triggers a vicious cycle. Women who are obese are more prone to the disorder and those who are affected by PCOS are more prone to gaining weight. Which is why, it is important to ensure a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
